The amenities are many that you would expect to find in a Five Star Resort. Beginning with a fine dining restaurant, heated pools with a lazy river and water slide, Jacuzzi, exercise gym, free high speed internet, Netflix, all pot, pans, spices, coffee pot, towels, linens, and books. Underground parking, mini-mart, championship golf course and much more. Our condo is on the fifth floor of the Rubi building PHASE 1, with both bedrooms and living room leading out to a large balcony looking directly at the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The balcony is situated in a manner that it is shaded from the afternoon sun in the summer time.

Guests can no longer book directly through LP and receive the approved discounted Owner Rates. LP will charge 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 10 days prior to check in. Cancellation fee is $150 if canceling more than 10 days prior to check in and the full amount after that. If it is a HOLIDAY and you cancel the amount is none refundable. PASSPORTS or PASSORT cards ARE required for ANYONE OVER 15 years of age.
WARNING: If you find another condo for less for the same type of unit, i.e., 2BR vs. 2 BR, please be aware that you might be renting from a what is called a 'rogue' renter which not permitted at the resort, but it does happen far to often.
The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners and we can't discount them. The rogue renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, and they are checking more now than ever before, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted...not a nice way to spend your vacation, always looking over your shoulder. So, if you find something for less as in the above example, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it by calling the resort, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling. Our unit is Rubi 503. If it's not in the rental pool, we recommend you keeping looking.
Enough said...sorry this has become an issue, but we owners are trying to maintain the 4 star quality of the resort and we can't do that effectively when rogue renters are renting poor quality units, then their guests complain, which in turn hurts our 4 star ratings.
