Conveniently located just minutes Pier Park, Pier Park brings a whole new level of shopping and entertainment to Panama City Beach including many favorite restaurants and national chain stores. Pier Park has beautifully landscaped walking paths, a park for summer concerts and annual festivals along with the Souther Theater's Grand Theater containing 16 movie theaters with stadium-style seating. Just up the road is Frank Brown Park, a 200 acre recreational center which has several softball and baseball fields used for tournaments, playgrounds, picnic areas, fishing sites and an aquatic center.

Our Penthouse is decorated with new furnishings and themed rooms. Guests are also provided with an assigned covered parking space that is within 20' of the elevator.

Lofty Perch

From our lookout on the balcony of the property we were able to see animals in the surf. We saw dolphins, rays, and a sea turtle. Also we saw a bald eagle, pelicans and numerous seagulls. Our stay (last of October) occurred just before a cold weather snap. What a nice way to end the warm season!

Great Condo and Location

I will definitely be staying here again! The condo was beautiful, with plenty of room. The view of the Gulf is breathtaking. After a quick trip to the store, we had everything we needed to make our breakfast and lunch and eat on the balcony each day. The beds were comfortable. We loved having a dedicated parking spot in the garage across from the elevators. I wish the unit had ice cube trays, but there is bagged ice for sale on the first floor.

Family vacation

This condo was perfect for our family of four! The kitchen was full functioning so we did most our eating there. Walmart delivered our groceries to our door! The view was breathtaking we saw so many dolphins and even a sea turtle from our balcony. The beds are very comfortable, the balcony is huge! I loved having a balcony view from the master bedroom. Very family friendly place, we will be coming back!

The Pier Park Shopping and new International Airport are great additions to one of the top vacation destinations. From Concerts in the Park to kids activies on the Quad, there is something for every family to bring home a memory with. We hope your vacation starts here with us.

Growing up in Alabama and spending a lot of vacations at the Gulf of Mexico, we feel in love with the crystal white sand and emerald waters. No matter where we vacationed, my husband and I always found ourselves saying that although it was nice, nothing was prettier than the emerald gulf.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We are memebers of the Antique Classic Boating Society and felt the need to decorate the master bedroom in such. The Chris Craft Cabin Cruiser behind the master bed is actually an advertisement for my boat. We are actually in the process of restoring my 28' Cruiser ourselves. We felt this would make a personal touch in our Penthouse. The guest bedroom is decorated in tin vintage beach toys. If you are older, you remember the ones we used to play with. We hope that brings back memories for you of going on your family vacation as a child.
