Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! Amazing Getaway!

Can't say enough good things for the place and Barbara to give them justice! View is crazy gorgeous and such a comfortable home. Barbara was quick to respond and helpful. May start making this a tradition every anniversary! Thank you Barbara!

Lovely quiet spot

Barb was great in being flexible about our arrival time because of the road conditions slowing us down. She was there waiting for us to extend her welcoming hospitality. We arrived after dark in a snowstorm. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see the beautiful view first thing. Barb is very attentive to communication and thorough in the information she gives. It was a great quiet place for my husband and I to spend a couple of days celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary. We also enjoyed the game room downstairs for some fun, friendly competition! Of note - there was dog hair in the home (probably from a previous guest), so if you are allergic or have issues with that it wouldn't be the place for you. And if going in the winter, AWD is advisable.
