SAILFISH IN AVON is A lovely beach cottage located on an ocean front cul de sac that is seconds away from beach access. You do not have to cross a street to go over the dunes.! You just walk to the next door neighbor and there you will find the wooden walkway to the beach. YOU WILL FALL IN LOVE WITH THE OCEAN VIEW FROM THE SPACIOUS TOP DECK! We also accept pets. This house is a comfortable one. The top floor has an OPEN CONCEPT kitchen, living and dining area. The top level also has the master bedroom and full bath. The first level has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 3 queen beds .and 4 individual twin beds in the house to accommodate 10 guests. Guests need to bring their own pillow
cases, sheets, and towels. There is also a laundry area. GUESTS SHOULD ALSO EXPECT TO BRING SOAPS OF ALL TYPES, PERSONAL, SHAMPOO, DISHWASHER SOAP, WASHING MACINE SOAP.
Sailfish has a outdoor shower that features hot and cold water, a charcoal grill, a fish cleaning table and a basketball goal. BRING YOUR OWN BASKETBALL.
The beauty of this charming beach cottage is that it offers oceanside living at a very reasonable cost. Bring the family or families and your pet!

Grounds for eviction: Do not go up on the roof of the house. It is literally 3 stories up. It wold result in death if you fall off.

Do not move furniture in the house. All furniture has a specific place. Please keep furniture in the room where you find it placed on arrival.

Deck and stairs are unsafe only allowed one person on stairs at a time needs replacing. So many L brackets and patches it's not safe in my eyes

Quintessential beach house

This is our second time staying at this property. We stayed with friends here a few years back. It was perfect fit for our two families this time. Kids ranged from 16-11. Perfect location to beach. Loved the large dining table. Fit all 8 of us comfortably for dinner! I wish there was a light above table (I feel like there was one a few years ago) all in all we had a lovely vacation and was very happy with our accommodations!

2023 vacation

Great central location for the house. We had a great time! Quick walk to the beach or stores. Could not ask for a better location! We just so happened to drive to the Museum of the Sea which is a really neat place to check out! We are planning on coming back to the area!
