STYLE: The house was designed by an Italian architect in a modern Italian villa style, while in harmony with the gorgeous Caribbean setting. Exquisitely decorated with high ceilings throughout. Imported wood floors from Italy in all living areas, Italian tiles in the bathrooms and kitchen, all outside areas and terrace with Italian granite. All windows have electric hurricane proof shutters and nets for insects. Property has emergency generator and water tank.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Ocean Park is an exclusive gated beach community in the Condado, San Juan Metro area. Convenient location with access to many restaurants and nightlife, and of course a very short walk to the beach. Definitely the best place to stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
