The Villa is located in Villa Las Brisas, a gated development with 24 hour security within the private Wyndham Rio Mar Resort.

The split level villa features 2 bedrooms, 1 den, 3 full baths, and accommodates 8 people. In main floor, you will find 2 open, spacious living areas, a dining area, eat-in kitchen, full bath and large balcony with views of the golf course, the ocean and the El Yunque National Rainforest. The cross ventilated layout makes it ideal to enjoy the breathtaking tropical scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Dishes utensils, waffle make, crock pot/rice maker, pots and pans and small kitchen appliances are also available. The spacious master suite complete with private balcony, features a king size bed, pull-out twin sofa bed, huge walk-in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom features two full size bunk beds plus a twin size trundle and full bathroom. The den features a full size sofa bed, 48' flat screen and access to full bath. The Villa has WiFi. Additionally it has a commercial size A/C unit for the entire main level and individual A/C units in each bedroom plus ceiling fans throughout. For your convenience, the Villa is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. Two assigned parking spaces are available and golf cart included for an additional $40 per day.

The cluster has a private pool with tables, chairs and chaise lounges.

The Beach Club is ocean front with big pool, chaise chairs.

The Wyndham Resort has the following: a casino, two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous Mandara Spa, Gym and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort and a Water Sports Center.

You can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas.

There are endless dining possibilities, from casual dining to steak houses and Japanese cuisine.

A trip to the Old San Juan, San Juan Metro Area and/or museums and shows is less than a 30 minutes drive, with good roads and expressways.

Special reservation requirement: Guest making the reservation and staying on the property MUST be at least 25 years of age to reserve the villa. Photo of driver's license and signed Rental Agreement will be required for approval of confirmation.
