In addition to being just a few steps from the ocean, this condo is less than a quarter-mile from the Seaside business district. Cafes, restaurants, retail stores, and art galleries are all just a short walk from your front door.

This first-floor condo is tasteful and modern, with all of the conveniences of home. As you enter, you'll find yourself in a long hallway with bedrooms to either side. Continue past them, noting the utility closet on the left which houses the private washer/dryer.

At the end of the hallway, there is a large room which combines the living area, dining room, and kitchen. There's plenty of space for the whole group to spread out while enjoying some quality time together. Relax on the comfortable living room furniture as you watch a movie on the flatscreen cable TV. If it's chilly, turn up the gas fireplace for the ultimate in coziness.

Peckish? The spacious, well-equipped kitchen can more than handle your meal-prep needs. Ample counter space and standard appliances make cooking simple, while the dishwasher ensures clean-up is over in no time.

Enjoy your meal at the four-person table or grab a seat at the breakfast bar. In the evening, step out onto the private balcony for a nightcap. Use the complimentary WiFi to look up nearby activities or send pictures to your friends back home.

The primary bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom. There is also a twin sofa bed.

As part of the Sand & Sea complex, this condo sits just across the pedestrian-friendly Promenade from the beach. Soak up some rays as you catch up on your reading list or rent bikes for a picturesque ride along the shoreline.

Head to the business district for a leisurely stroll and some window-shopping; perhaps stop to enjoy a coffee or a scoop of ice cream. Families with young kids should check out Funland for arcade games, bumper cars, and much more. If you've brought your hiking boots, the Tillamook Head Trail is just south of town.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
