The penthouse is situated at Old Town on street Pikk (Long street). The houses at this street are mentioned in chronicles for the first time in the year 1362. The street is beginning from tower 'Long Leg gate' which is the separating gate of downtown and Toompea hill and reaches towards sea and Old Town Wall. The Pikk street is one of the medieval Old Town main streets.
The walk from home to Town Hall Square is only 5 minutes, so you are very close to the main sights.
Kultuurikatel (Tallinna Creative Hub), the main location for events taking place during Estonia's presidency of the Council of the EU, is within walking distance, ca 7 min.
