The location is highly walkable, making it great for groups who would like the freedom and flexibility to explore the area on foot.

Within the Sand & Sea complex, you'll have an elevator to take you up to your condo on the third floor. The interior was recently renovated, and the decor complements the ocean surroundings with light blue walls and soft neutral carpeting. The main room combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas, providing a large space where the whole group can spend time together while still doing their own thing. Floor-to-ceiling windows command gorgeous views of the beach.

In the living room, a comfortable couch and two modern armchairs surround a large TV. Stretch out and relax as you surf the cable channels, or just browse the internet on your personal device using the complimentary WiFi. There's also a gas fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings.

From the living room, head to the well-appointed kitchen, which features updated stainless-steel appliances and a large central island. Cook up some fresh-caught fish for a tasty dinner, or put together a picnic lunch to take along on your beachcombing adventures!

There's room for six at the dining room table, as well as three bar stools at the kitchen island. When you're finished eating, load your dishes in the dishwasher for easy clean-up. Afterward, step out onto the private balcony with a glass of wine or a mug of tea and admire the rolling waves as you bask in the sea breeze.

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The couch in the living room pulls out into a full-size sofa bed, providing extra accommodations.

As a quintessential resort town, Seaside offers plenty of activities for travelers of all ages. Go for a stroll along the beach while you search for sand dollars and sea glass. Jog or bike along the Promenade, which runs most of the length of the town, or peruse the shops and restaurants in the central business district as you hunt for the perfect snack or souvenir to take back to your friends.

Spend an afternoon at Seaside Aquarium, or take the kids to ride the carousel at the Seaside Carousel Mall. If you brought hiking boots, head to Ecola State Park, two miles south, and conquer the seven-mile-long Tillamook Head Trail, which features beautiful views and abundant wildlife.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
