I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for four people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 8 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. For the security of our guests and the property the front and rear entrances of the home are monitored via video.
