Solo, Couples, Adventurers, and Business Travelers alike will LOVE this quiet, private, Guest Quarters located in the heart of Southern California in Riverside County. Two guys and a grandma have maintained this large pool property for 25 years.

Located on the end of a cul-de-sac, 10 minutes from the Ontario airport, UCR, & CBU, is a private studio Guest Quarters with private entrance, and large private patio that runs the entire side of the property. The space was once the master suite, converted into a private Guest Quarters retreat. The bathroom consists of a pocket-door entrance, walk in shower stall. The kitchen features a gas range, compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, fully stocked with pans and cooking utensils.

The property is close to the 60 freeway, it will take less than 3 minutes to get onto the 60 freeway. When folks ask “where are you staying?” Tell them in the Inland Empire, 60/15 interchange!

Our guests love the clean artistic design, large pool, manicured grounds, fruit trees and herbs, peaceful setting, and easy ample street and driveway parking.

The furniture you see is included in the rental. The bed is a highly rated foam mattress queen size bed that is loved by our guests.

The space is a large studio space with a large private outdoor patio space with outdoor furniture that includes a table with four chairs and a loveseat glider swing.

I’m not interested in long-term monthly rented-discounted opportunities. Please don’t ask... if you need a place for three months, rent the space through this system. My space requires a checkout/checkin every 28 days. Good luck and thanks for your interest.

My friend and neighbor 'Chef Fenya' is the owner of #RussianDollCatering and will work with you on a personalized menu for your stay. Her talent was recently recognized in the Inland Empire Press Enterprise Magazine.

Airport pickup and drop off services available at a fee, depending on the airport & our availability.

The closest Airport to the property is Ontario, California "ONT" $15 pick up service.

From Los Angeles, Burbank, Palm Springs, the fee is $75.

Orange County $50.

Nice Oasis Retreat

My wife and I enjoyed being able to retreat to the pool for morning or afternoon swims. The setting was really nice with palm trees and plants that added to the mood. The sleeping area was fine for 2. It was also great to have a stove, microwave, etc to cook with. Dennis and Vi were terrific hosts as well. We’d be happy to stay again when we’re in the area. Great job!

California retreat

Great stay in a small quiet studio outside of riverside. Everything we needed for two. Beautiful secluded patio with access to pool. Convenient location to attractions in area. Owners with quick response to any questions or issues. Would love to return.

Perfect little home away from home!

It was love at first sight! Such a cute and welcoming studio with a wonderful host to boot! I quickly felt at home and found every amenity I needed! The bed was very comfortable, the space was adequate and could easily accommodate 2 people. I was traveling alone and felt very safe and at ease there, which isn’t always the case when staying at a motel/hotel. If I had a question or request Dennis was always available and accommodating. I loved meeting the House mascots Stater and Char! They were definitely a bonus! The pool and yard were very serene and a great place to unwind. I will most certainly be returning and I absolutely recommend staying there! The location is very convenient and close to the freeway. I was 15 to 20 minutes from anywhere I needed to go and yet far enough from the busyness that I could relax and unwind! So it’s a “yes” to the rental! You won’t be disappointed!

Nice place. Nice people.

This VRBO was as-promised – and more. Dennis the host was more than accommodating: He offered many suggestions of things to do/places to eat, etc. – all of which were excellent. He also was available by text and responded promptly to questions. The lodging was very clean and extremely well-equipped: Dennis thought of everything – right down to the coffee stirrers! The place is a bit cozy; however, it worked very nicely for my wife and me. The location is a bit off the beaten track. No problem; however, I think you'd certainly want a car. The next time we’re in Riverside and environs, Dennis will the first to know!

It's rural, quiet... easy to get on/off the freeway... we are centrally located to just about everything in SoCal - Palm Springs, LA, OC, Disneyland, Universal Studios, 35 minutes to the beach, 35 minutes to the mountains. Lots of walking trails, shopping, etc.
