On a clear day, you can see all the way to Naples! The back patio facing south has views of the waterways, beautiful homes, and Marco Island. This is the perfect place to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. This condo is a corner unit with a WALL of windows in the dining room that connects with a large sliding glass door in the living room. There is also a sliding door in the master bedroom that goes directly to the patio facing the ocean. It is located in South Seas Tower 4, a very secure, gated community on Tiger Tail beach. South Seas has all the amenities you need: Many new pickle ball courts, a large swimming pool, Kayak rentals, shuffleboard, tennis, boat docks, and direct access to the beach.
