it's worth noting that North Lake Tahoe is home to the largest concentration of ski resorts in North America. It it has 11 downhill resorts to choose from, all within a short driving distance from one another.
This tri-level cabin has all the comfort needed for 1 or 2 families or up to 8 people. The living area has been renovated in 2023 & is located on the middle floor: open floor plan with a spacious family room with a large TV; high-speed intern; and a gas fireplace for additional warmth in the winter; comfortable dining room area, which can seat 1-8 people; ample kitchen, providing a coffee maker, toaster, all new appliances including refrigerator, microwave above the oven, gas stovetop, and upgraded wood floors throughout. Large, outdoor Trex deck with wrought-iron patio table & chairs plus a gas barbecue. Downstairs there is an abundant 2-car garage with an electric garage door opener on one side plus a foosball table for some additional entertainment; the spacious master bedroom downstairs has a closet, dresser and full bathroom. Upstairs from the family area are 3 bedrooms, including another spacious master bedroom with a full bath (this shower has dual-shower heads!) plus 2 more bedrooms (1 with queen bed, 1 with full-size bunk beds) and another full bath which includes a bathtub/shower for soaking. As if that isn't enough, this cabin sits on a 1/3 of an acre, with plenty of room to roam in the great outdoors or build a sled run during the winter (as our children have done!).
Incline Village is a haven for outdoor recreation:
~ There are many public beaches around the Incline area for visitors such as Sand Harbor, the Kings Beach Recreation Area, North Lake Tahoe Beach Center, Agatam Beach and Patton Beach. For information about these beaches, parks and activities in North Tahoe, visit the Incline Village/Crystal Bay Visitors and Convention Bureau or download the Tahoe Beaches app. Incline has 3 private beaches & the charge for any of them are $20 per person per day to utilize, if we can obtain access.

~ The Incline Village Fitness Trail is an 18-station exercise course adjacent to the Village Green. The 8/10 of a mile course winds through the forest next to Incline Creek. The course contains accessible walking, running, snowshoeing, biking & exercise trails, and is used by many residents and visitors year-round.
~ Village Green is a wide open space next to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe. There is a multi-use field for playing soccer, Frisbee, or a friendly game of football. A trail and a creek run around the edges of it and it’s nestled among the Aspen trees.
~ The Incline Skate Park is centrally located on the corner of Hwy 28 and Southwood. There is an intermediate/advanced section of the park consisting of two, 5 ft tall bowls that are side by side connected with a spine. In the middle of the park is a 3 ft tall fun box and the entire right side of the small end is a 2.5 tall bowl for beginners. The street course is laid out on top, flowing in a circle with an 8 ft long flat rail, 6 ft long down rail, a set of 4 stairs, and a 10 ft long downward ramp leading into the bowls.
~ The North Tahoe Lions Club Disc Golf course is a course consisting of 18 par 3’s in a picturesque setting located within Incline Park adjacent to the Incline Tennis Center, Recreation Center, skateboard park and the ball fields. This is a multi use area to be enjoyed by all ages. Parking is available at the Recreation Center located at 980 Incline Way. Parking is not permitted at the Incline Tennis Center. The 1st hole is located on the west side of the Recreation Center entrance road.
~ Holman Family Community Bike Park (phase 1) recently opened. This park offers a pump track; beginner & intermediate flow lines. This is a free-to-use bike park facility that welcomes all ages & skill levels to a safe, outdoor, healthy, family friendly community-gathering venue.
