Great Weekend with family!!

Check in was easy with the touch pad. Kara was very responsive. We had a last minute change to our stay. It was supposed to be just my husband and I, but our daughter, her husband and our one year old grandson decided to make the trip!! No problem having the toddler - there was plenty of room! Location is the BEST!!! Our son attends the USNA so it is a quick walk to Gate 1. Parking can be tricky, but they provide a parking pass in a garage not too far away. Beds are very comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. And a washer/dryer, which was key since it rained on and off all weekend. This is our second time staying at this property since it so convenient to everything. We will be back for sure!!

Wonderful downtown Annapolis oasis!

We had a wonderful time at Kara’s downtown home. My brother and I were here to visit older relatives and tour the beautiful city. This home is in the perfect location, three minute walk from all the action, but on a very quiet street. Tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and modern decor – we could not have asked for more. And Kara’s instructions were spot on. Easy to find the home and to punch in. We’re definitely coming back!

Beautiful and Convenient Property!

This property was perfect! Close to town, next to the Naval Academy! The house was clean and very accommodating.

Perfect Home in Every Way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this rental. It had everything we needed from being well laid out and comfortable to a great parking space in a garage a short distance away. One of many wonderful aspects was that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals over the weekend. The location can't be beat and the hosts were very helpful and prompt. I can't recommend this home enough for an Annapolis stay and will certainly attempt to book it our next time to DTA.

Great location

Perfect spot to experience the Naval Academy and charm of downtown Annapolis. Within short walking distance of Gate 1 and shops/restaurants. Kara was great to communicate with-highly recommend staying in this property.
