The Space:
Beautiful Hollywood Hills/Universal Studios private and updated home to enjoy the peace and quiet just 2 minutes from the action! From the moment you go up the winding road to get to this very private and serene 3-bedroom view home you will be surprised as to how private the home is yet how close it is to everything including Universal Studios (2 minutes), Hollywood Boulevard (6 minutes), Studio City (2 minutes) and freeway access to everything else. This 3-bedroom gated home is very private behind an electronic gate, parking for 4+ cars, and two beautiful master suites with attached bathrooms, walk in closets and located on opposite ends of the house for total privacy. The third bedroom is also beautiful with French doors that open to the back of the property just slightly smaller and no attached bathroom and also with lots of storage space to keep luggage out of the way. Live the California lifestyle with the large wraparound deck with sweeping views, BBQ, and seating for 8+ to enjoy the views and the great Southern California weather! Outdoor area also has a spacious grassy backyard which is completely enclosed and makes a great area for children to play since it is enclosed on all sides when closing the gate.

The sunny and bright open floor plan living/dining/kitchen leading to the outdoor space is great for hanging out as a family or a large group of friends and has both views across towards Universal Studios and the Harry Potter Castle in addition to very lush greenery and the valley. The large 55in television in the living room has DirecTV with all channels including movie channels, NFL Sunday ticket for ALL NFL games, and every bedroom is equipped with 42" TVs loaded with Netflix. Two wood-burning fireplaces inside the living room in addition to an outdoor fireplace on the patio add to a beautiful ambiance just outside the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and Universal Studios. Plenty of parking for four cars or more no problem in addition to a basketball hoop (basketball provided) in the driveway in case the children or adults want to play. This home is totally private and just two minutes down the road to the Main Street (Cahuenga Blvd) which boasts tons of great restaurants, bars, jazz clubs, etc.

The large wrap-around patio with BBQ gives views of the entire valley and towards Universal Studios with views of Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle which lights up at night and looks great for fans of Harry Potter and anyone else!

Central Heating and A/C, strong WiFi, laundry, hair dryers, iron and ironing board will all be found at this property.

If you want to dine inside there is a large dining room which seats 8 comfortably in addition to a bar top with seating for 4 and the open kitchen with all the cooking utensils you need to make a great meal. In addition you'll find a Keurig coffee machine, an espresso machine, juicer, and a NutriBullet blender for the health conscious.

Just down the street you will find one of the oldest and best Jazz clubs in all of LA (The Baked Potato), tons of great and trendy restaurants (Mercado, etc), bars, and a very nice grocery store.

This home is the perfect place for families or friends who want to visit LA in general, Hollywood or Universal Studios. Universal Studios is literally a two-minute drive or you could even walk there although walking back would be up a steep hill. Hiking trails of Griffith Park and Runyon Canyon are just minutes away also!

This home is not a party property and makes a great home base for people visiting Hollywood or Universal Studios/Studio City. Great for families as well being completely enclosed, the yard for kids and the large driveway with basketball hoop.
