Because this is an exclusive corner unit, this unit has extra windows with exceptional views, so every room is bathed in natural light! In addition, each bedroom has its own private bath with a half bath for guests. This 9th floor unit in the desirable East tower features a subtle nautical décor, accentuated with a blend of rich hues and relaxing neutrals. The living area boasts a plush sofa and two comfy chairs, perfect for indulging in some overdue rest and relaxation!

• Disruption in lobby pathways due to surrounding work, though still accessible.
• Noise centralized in lobby area is expected
