Inside, we have significantly renovated Rainbow Fish:

The house -- both inside and outside -- was recently painted with bright colors; The house has gorgeous new hard wood floors throughout; and the kitchen was completely redone with a new counter-top, cabinets, appliances, and the Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker® -- all ready for your enjoyment. For those of you coffee fans, there is a Keurig and a standard coffee maker in the kitchen.

The first floor has a spacious living room with a new 55 inch LG TV and sofa sleeper, dining room, kitchen, and half-bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed; and the third bedroom has 2 full beds. Connecting the master bedroom and the second bedroom is a beautiful porch: the perfect place to start your day with a cup of coffee or read a book and relax during the day.

*No more than two small pets (dogs under 25 pounds) are allowed, only with advance notice and permission. Exceptions as to size and number of pets can be made only with Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals permission in advance of arrival. A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OF $200 IS REQUIRED  (if you booked on a third-party website, you will need to notify our company that you are bringing a pet and pay the $200 fee).  Additionally, pets are not allowed in or near the pool area.
