This ground floor unit with no stairs is located in the Hawk Ridge Condo Complex which is less than 1/4 mile from Mesquite's top rated Wolf Creek Championship Golf Course.

Located just about and hour northeast of Las Vegas, Mesquite offers lots to do with 7 Championship golf courses with casinos, spas and dining all close by. St George Utah, Bryce and Zion National Parks are well worth the drive and great day trip options.

Quiet, and beautifully decorated, this unit offers you a comfortable home away from home. Enjoy mountain views from the patio and Mesquite's warm temperatures.

A 55" TV with cable and free WIFI in the spacious, comfortable living room. There is also vinyl flooring throughout the unit.

Our granite counter topped kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need for cooking.

There is a full sized washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The primary bedroom has a full bath, King bed, TV w/ remote and ceiling fan.

The second bedroom has one Queen bed, TV w/remote and ceiling fan.

Free WIFI and guest controlled AC/Heat.

There is one covered, reserved parking spot per unit as well as several guest spots throughout the complex if you have a second vehicle.

The complex also offers plenty of RV and boat parking, if needed. Please let me know prior to your stay and I will provide you with the HOA requirements for parking.

The complex has an on site club house, fitness center, heated pool, hot tub and charcoal BBQ's in the common areas.

In addition, it is just adjacent to Marilyn Park where there is a sand volleyball court, a full sized basket ball court, BBQ area and a covered picnic area and a children's play area.

Memories in Mesquite

We had a very nice stay at this property in Mesquite. The condo was clean and well supplied. There was a slow leak coming out of the dishwasher, I made a quick text, and there was a repair man and house keeper at our door in less than an hour on a Sunday! The dishwasher washer was brand new and installed the day before we arrived....the hose was faulty. We loved the end unit with no stairs, and our elderly dog loved it too! Thank you Debi for such a nice rental experience. We'll be back!

Comfortable Stay

Debi has been our host for 3 separate visits. Very easy to work with, her condos are comfortable and beds are great. Everything is provided. We will do it again!
