If you love nature and enjoy the outdoors, this lakefront cottage has it all! From your own private cove, you will have access to all amenities included with the residence; beaches, club activities, and entertainment for adults and children year-round. If you want to go for a swim in the warmer weather, or ice skating or ice fishing in the colder months, or just sit and sip hot chocolate and take in the beautiful views, it’s all here! Also available, at no extra cost, are bass fishing trips with the owner upon request and availability! The lake offers a wide variety of fish species to catch.

This perfect affordable lakefront cottage on the water sleeps up to 6 people. Enter a spacious living room with a queen size pullout sofa on antique oak wood flooring. Continue down a hallway, and to the left, a queen size bed is found in the bedroom. To the right a full-sized bath with a tub/shower enclosure and a separate utility room for storage. At the end of the hallway, you enter the large kitchen adjacent to a sunroom/sitting area with wonderful views of the lake. A queen size pullout couch is found in the sunroom.

Located only one hour from Manhattan, 40 minutes from Newark Airport, and 40 minutes from Mountain Creek Ski Resort or Action Water Park in the summer. The cottage is close to a local deli/convenience store, and a quick drive to a large supermarket. Nearby are lots of great restaurants, convenient stores like Target, Walmart, a large mall with movie theater, outlet centers (2), farmers market and supermarkets.

In the warmer months relax on your own private dock, have fun fishing, waterskiing and boating, or spend the day birdwatching, hiking and/or biking here or at the nearby state parks (Allamuchy and Kittatinny). During the summer months you will have access to 2 private sand beaches with diving board and slide. One beach is just steps away, the other main beach is a short drive with a community clubhouse, activities and entertainment for all ages. Paddle by canoe, kayak, or paddleboard to one of the clubs floating rafts, or picnic and explore one of the many private islands.

In the Fall come enjoy a hike through one of the local State Parks and take in the colorful fall foliage. Visit nearby local Farms for apple and pumpkin picking, corn mazes and hayrides for the kids or enjoy a day at one of the local Winery's. With the cooler weather, take a short drive to the Lakota Wolf Preserve to watch the wolves and listen to the howls of the wolf pack!

During the winter months, once the lake freezes over, be adventurous and spend the day skating or cross-country skiing, exploring all the coves and shorelines the lake has to offer. Join in a pick-up game of ice hockey or have your own skating party! Warm up by sitting lake front at your fire pit enjoying a warm cup of hot coco or hot toddy (whichever you prefer!) and making smores! If fishing is your thing, bring your tip-ups and spend the day out on the ice catching pickerel, pike and/or perch, with an occasional largemouth bass. Hike, snowshoe or cross-country ski on one of the local State Park trails or bring the sleds along for some sledding on the nearby hills.
