There is also an ice maker in the fridge/freezer and a fresh water dispenser at the sink. The bedroom has an elegant yet comfy King size bed, quality linens, a large closet, personal safe for securing small belongings and a flat screen Smart TV with Blue Ray DVD player. The street facing balcony overlooks a quiet service road with a lush, tree-lined garden median and is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and the chatter of birds or to grill up fresh seafood for dinner. Additional condo amenities are A/C, new windows, washer and dryer in the unit and free Wi-Fi.
This is a third floor condo unit that faces a tree- lined street, accessed by three flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. As this is a private community condo association, there is a rental agreement that will need to be read and signed at the time of booking. There is daily garbage removal, and weekly housekeeping.
Parking is provided on site. There is a 3 block walk to the nearest bus stop. And cabs (pulmonias) are easily accessible also.
****Please Note: There is a 21 night minimum stay during the months of March to November and a 30 night minimum stay during the peak season of December 1st to March 1st.
