Nice place with a good city connection
What you see is what you get and we have seen a nice, secure and clean little flat that builds the perfect base for a Paris sightseeing tour. Communication and support was outstanding and we perfectly enjoyed our stay. There might be more beautiful arrondissements around Paris - hence only 3 stars for the surroundings- but all in all we knew where we got and there where no bad surprises. Always again!

Wonderful stay!
The place is close to the train station, so easy access to Paris. The owner has checked with us regularly for any need we might have. Recommended for a large group (we were 9).

REALLY NICE FLAT
We stayed for the weekend with our family from 16 years until 75 years- 9 persons. We really enjoyed our stay, clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy to get to Gare de Nord with train, and shops nearby for breakfast and beverage. Nice communication with Damien, the house owner. We will strongly recommend the Appartment!

Very Nice Place
Everything was fine and well prepared. Near to gare de St. Denis. Therefore it is easy to reach the center of Paris in 15 - 30 minutes. Thank's Damien

Schöne Wohnung - kaum Parkplätze
Die Wohnung an sich ist wie beschrieben. Sehr schön und geräumig. Hat für 5 Personen u. 2 Nächte gereicht. Leider gab es kaum Möglichkeiten zum Parken.
Wir haben Parkplätze in der Nähe, etwa 100 Meter vom Gebäude entfernt, wie ich in meiner Anzeige sagte.

Appartement spacieux et magnifique à Saint-Denis
Nous avons passé un super weekend dans cet appartement magnifique, avec une décoration à la fois moderne et familiale, et d'une propreté impeccable, avec tout prévu pour une arrivée agréable (dont le mot du propriétaire expliquant tout de l'appartement et de ses environs).
L'appartement, très grand, aéré, fut parfait pour nos retrouvailles en famille, avec des repas sur la grande terrasse, une grande cuisine pour les préparer. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien agencées, parfaites pour un sommeil confortable.
Enfin, Damien s'est occupé de faire en sorte que notre arrivée soit facile, il s'est inquiété de savoir si tout se passait bien, était vraiment très disponible tout en restant discret.
Nous recommandons vivement!
