Elegante y amplio apartamento de un dormitorio con capacidad para dos huéspedes, ubicado en un edificio de los años 30 dotado con dos ascensores y con vistas a una calle arbolada sin trafico, lo cual garantiza la tranquilidad y descanso a pesar de su céntrica situación en la cosmopolita y turística zona de Queensway a un minuto del Metro de Queensway.

La propiedad se encuentra también a escasos 100 metros de Hyde Park y del Palacio de Kensington, situado dentro del parque, en el pasado residencia de la Princesa Diana de Gales y actualmente residencia de los Duques de Cambridge, William y Kate.

Ofrece una decoración cuidada de elegantes líneas rectas y acabados de alta calidad y consta de un dormitorio doble, con cama de 140 x 200 y colchon de alta calidad, salón, cocina abierta al salón y totalmente equipada, un hall de entrada y un baño completo de estilo moderno.

El famoso mercado de Portobelo se encuentra a tan solo 10 minutos caminando por el precioso barrio de Notting Hill.

Asimismo, tras un corto paseo a través de Hyde Park, ( disfrutando de ardillas y zorros en libertad ), accederán también al Royal Albert Hall y a varios museos, entre ellos el de la Ciencia, el de Historia Natural y el "Victoria and Albert Museum" , de visita obligada durante su estancia en Londres.

Además las estaciones de metro de Queensway y Bayswater, respectivamente en la Linea Central y Circular de la red del metro Londinense, ambas a tan solo 100 metros del apartamento, les darán fácil acceso a cualquier otra atracción o enclave turístico de la ciudad en menos de 15 minutos.

Si por el contrario prefieren utilizar autobús para sus desplazamientos, existe una parada de autobús también a 100 metros y servida por multitud de líneas en todas direcciones.

Finalmente, el apartamento ofrece dos ascensores, Smart TV de 50" donde conectar a su plataforma de entretenimiento online favorita ( Prime Video, Netflix, Disney, etc ) acceso WIFI a internet de alta velocidad, alarma de incendios, portero electrónico y circuitos cerrados de seguridad en las zonas comunes.

Great location, perfect for 3

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Princess Ct. The flat was clean, check out and check in was easy. The location was great: close to the underground, lots of food options nearby, groceries nearby. Rafael made the whole experience easy. It made our visit to London very comfortable. Thank you!

The manager, Rafael was quick with response time and did answer all our questions prior to and during our stay. He also did see to 'fixing' the tv within a reasonable time frame. No Netflix as advertise. However, this stay was NOT comparable to the listing I initially booked. I was told by Rafael that it was and we were very disappointed with the state of the washroom and entrance hallway and other items in this stay. The building and mostly the apartment itself are VERY TIRED and worn down. The washroom is SUBSTANDARD and does NOT look anything like the 'contemporary' apartment initially listed. I took many photos of the apartment at the start and at the end of our time there. I would share them with you for clarity if required. There is mold in the bathroom and cracks in the tiles, chipped paint etc. Definitely, NOT what is being sold on the website. Good features: Great location, good size apartment, kitchen is small but adequate.

Not a great experience

This was our fifth rental (first on VRBO). The good: Location - Convenient to tube stops, restaurants and markets. Off the main street so street noise muted. Hyde Park a few steps away. Washer/dryer worked perfectly. Security seemed good. The bad - No helpful check-in. Landlord was out of country so his Assistant (later identified as the cleaning woman) met us and showed us almost nothing about the unit. She was in a hurry to leave. Television needed to be reprogrammed (it could only get three stations) and the remote replaced, the process taking four days. The "Assistant" had the television running when we arrived so should known of the issues. Matter resolved when chance meeting occurred with the person sent to review the problem was leaving the building when we entered (he lacked one of the keys to the unit so couldn't enter without us). The bedroom wall length shelf was pulling away from the wall. We were told it would be repaired but never was. Extensive mold around the shower/tub, oven and stove top not plugged in. Window in the bedroom could not be opened so ventilation in that room inadequate. The building itself was noisy with slamming doors and some work done in other units. This was a substitute unit as the one selected was taken off the rental market one month before delivery so seemed not properly vetted or prepared (an assumption).

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is perfectly located between two tube stations and in a lively and safe neighborhood. The flat was clean and well appointed. Rafael was great to work with and ensured we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

12 day London trip

This property is ideally located for travel all over London via The Tube. The area is full of restaurants, pubs, shops, & grocery stores to choose from. The apartment itself is well appointed for whatever length of stay you choose. Dealing with Rafael was a treat. He is very attentive and gives great recommendations. We will definitely use one of his properties again.
