PERFECT LOCATION: This 2nd-floor, End Unit Condo is steps away from the only elevator in the building...and right next to the stairs for easy loading and unloading...extremely close to parking.

Beautiful 1-Bedroom Condo w/Comfortable Sleeper Sofa for 2 and 2-bunk beds (best for Children under 12).

This Non-Smoking condo has Master bedroom with queen size bed, and adjoining bath. Two bunk beds built into the hallway (best for 12 and under). Living room with queen sleeper, 55" 4K Samsung Smart QLED, FREE Wi-Fi. Kitchen with Oven/stovetop/microwave, (microwave is a pull out at the top of the oven). dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, blender, toaster, ("Coffee Station & Snack Shack") coffee pot for multiple cups of coffee (filters provided), as well as a Keurig (K-cup) (no coffee is supplied). Dining Table seats Four. Mounted Flat Screen Samsung Smart TV in Bedroom on a swivel mount!!

Ceiling Fans are in the Living and Bedroom, which is also an upgrade as all Resort units were not built with them in mind. Personal work was done in order to wire the unit to make this happen.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag for the Couch Sleeper Sofa (located in Bedroom Closet). Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.

*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers are down the hall. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00.

$35.00 is per each car, if more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so that this fee can be collected through the VRBO account. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included.
-Washer and Dry are located down the hallway where you can purchase a money card to use for service. (They are not coin operated)
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 8AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies
