Basic Satellite with flat screen TV and a large selection of movies including many children's movies. We also have a selection of books and games for the kids. Everything you need to enjoy your stay including electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, modern front loading washer/dryer, linens, dishes, silverware, cookware are all provided. Landline phone provided in cabin with unlimited local and long distance calling. All you need to bring is your food. We even provide a BBQ grill on the 350+ sq. ft.deck. Once in our cabin, you will find an extensive amount of Colorado information on attractions and even some discount coupons for various places of interest that you are welcome to use. The view from the deck is breathtaking. At night you can relax on the deck with a fabulous night time sky with the brightest stars you will ever see. At bedtime, sink into one of our comfy beds for a relaxing nights sleep. The roads in the area are well maintained, but 4 wheel drive is recommended in winter. Our home is professional cleaned and sanitized before each guest's arrival with fresh linens and towels in place for your convenience. Trash service provided. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance and rental agreements returned through vrbo site within 5 days of booking. Primary renters must be at least 25 years old or accompanied by an adult. Well behaved dogs considered with owner prior approval, additional fee and veterinary proof of current vaccinations including Parvo. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Must be kenneled if left alone.
