At Disney Villa we are not afraid to spend money on villa improvements to keep the villa up to date and comfortable for our guests. In June 2023 the sprinkler system, much of the bedroom furniture, mattresses and rugs were updated. Also new bed runners and accent throw pillows in three bedrooms and on the sofas were added. Roku is now on all TV's and we updated our internet and cable TV to Spectrum and, additionally a new alarm on the sliding pool doors to aid guests protect their children. In October 2023 more books and games have been added and a new 32" TV was installed, plus new, hard-wired smoke detectors have been installed throughout and the sliding door track has been replaced to make sure the door runs smoothly. The swimming pool and spa have been re-tiled and re-plastered and the water pump updated. The deck has been re-painted in a neutral, modern grey, making the pool deck, lanai and pool a beautiful place to relax and have fun in. No-one can resist a dip into the inviting, turquoise water, as it sparkles in the sunlight.

The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. The 192 can be reached in less than 10 minutes via a quiet local road. Just 2 minutes drive away you will find a Publix Supermarket, Macdonald's, Subway, Gyro House, Taco Bell, Tijuana Flats, Longhorn Steakhouse, Ford's Garage, Red Robin, Millers Ale House, Chilli's, Menzies, a sports bar, a gas station, gym, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway, Papa Johns, Marcos Pizza and Italian Trattoria, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate. This beautifully furnished single storey home is ideal for your Florida vacation!

The property enjoys a corner plot and backs onto conservation land making this a peaceful location. The home is open plan, the living room adjoins the dining area and has a flat panel TV with full cable channels, Netflix access and there is also a DVD player with 80 DVDs so something for everyone. There is a telephone at the property and all calls to US & Canada are free of charge. Calls to international numbers not included are barred to prevent a phone bill being sent on to you after your holiday.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry with washing machine & tumble dyer, games room, pool, spa and five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are masters, the first having a US king/UK super king size bed, dual wash basins and a double shower in the en suite bathroom, the second having a US queen/UK King sized bed and a single en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a US full/UK double sized bed, the fourth has two US twin/UK single beds and the fifth a US twin/UK single plus a foldaway children's bed. The double garage has been converted into a games room for and contains a small library, selection of board games, cards, dart board, foosball game for two and a pool table with snooker and pool balls for your enjoyment. You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi and all TV's have Roku's Guest Services enabled so you simply input your check-out date and any streaming services you log into are automatically removed at 11am on departure day. We do not believe in hidden extras, we provide all bed, bath, pool and kitchen linens are included as well as use of the digital safe during your stay.

Outside you will find the beautiful pool area, with a 30' x 15' pool with adjoining spa and a pool deck with ample pool furniture making it a perfect area for enjoying the gorgeous Florida sun. There is a safety fence on the pool deck, an alarm on the lanai door and the pool drains have anti-vortex covers to protect little ones during your stay.

We do not accept bookings from guests who are all under 25 years of age, the primary renter cannot be under 25 years of age.

There are exterior security cameras fitted on all sides including the pool area for your safety and security. Video footage including sound recording may be shared with law enforcement or VRBO in the event of a claim.
