The apartment is located in a privileged place, in the center of Bocagrande (Cartagena de Indias), in front of the beach, 5 minutes from the marina, 10 from the walled city and 1 minute from everything: restaurants, bars, supermarket , banks,... In Cartagena there is a wide range of activities, both museums, such as golf course, horse riding, nautical activities, jet ski, aquarium, visit to any of the Rosario Islands ... and cinema.

The apartment consists of:
-A living room with air conditioning, 32 "flat screen TV with satellite pay-per-view channels, and two sofas that both become a double bed of 1.20m wide
-Two rooms also with air conditioning each: a room with a double bed of 1.40m wide; and the other with 2 double beds of 140cm and a single bunk bed.
-Both rooms with their own bathroom with hot water, and their own air conditioner (bone, with 2 bathrooms)
-A full kitchen, with oven, refrigerator, microwave, etc., with all its dishes and utensils for 8 people.
-A storage room with a battery to wash clothes
-A terrace with table and 4 chairs, with stunning views of the pool, the beach, the sea and the walled city.
-6megas Wi-Fi internet connection

All new and tastefully decorated

The building has a doorman and a security guard, both 24 hours a day. As well as 2 large swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, with tables, sun loungers, Turkish sauna and gym, all exclusive and free for the tenants of the building. It also has free Wi-Fi internet access in the pool area, and a paid massage service.

Apartment with private balcony overlooking the sea and the beach. The property faces the beach, just 10 meters from the beach and features a swimming pool, gym and sauna. There is free Wi-Fi and paid massage sessions can be booked.

Guests of the Palmeto Cartagena Apartments can relax in the Turkish bath or visit the famous walled city, which is only 10 minutes away by car.

The apartment has 3 air conditioners, flat-screen cable TV, wooden furniture and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge and dishwasher.

The Worst Place I've Stayed in Cartagena in The Past 17 Years.

Other than the view and the location this is the worst place to stay. Just like the other gentleman's review here there were no comforters on the beds. Upon arrival I had a bad vibe. I arrived to the front desk and they didn't even know who I was even after calling ahead as requested by the owner. I had to wait in the lobby for about 10 mins to get escorted to the management office. Then the girl told me the room was not ready and for me to go out to have lunch. This was not what I wanted to do after traveling all day. Then after arriving to the apartment there was an inspection which included counting all pieces of silverware. I thought that this was extreme and never experienced this at other close by rentals. As far as guests were concerned, the page advertisement states price includes up to 5 guests. I had another friend come from the USA which made 2. Before a early tour I had told local Colombian friends that they could stay over with me because it was closer to the tour for them. When arriving into the building the security guards harassed us and told me that they could only stay until 4:30 am. After I told them the apartment rental advertisement stated 5 people they told me ok, 6:30 am. This was an embarrassment and the first time I ever had any restrictions on any guests at any other rental. Bottom line is that this staff is not foreigner friendly. They never greeted me nor my friends while I watched them great locals. I am fluent in Spanish so there were no language barrier. The ad is misleading when states up to 5 people and sleeps 8. The pool area is great but that to is guarded with a watch dog. Can't do this, can't have that. I rent apartments for the flexibility and not to be hassled by staff. This is not that place.

Not impressed

The location was incredible. The money I paid was too expensive for the stay. One bathroom the toilet did not work and the shower head fell off and hit my daughter in the head. The apartment has a water heater but only the sink in the kitchen got hot, the bathroom sinks and showers did not. The cost covers cleaning and it was not properly cleaned. The beds do not have comforters or blankets just a sheet.
