The 100 sqm Apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator, is completely renovated, spacious, cozy, finished in every detail and equipped with every comfort.
It consists of:
- a living room with a 3-seater sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, air conditioning, terrestrial and Ethernet TV station, Smart TV, Netflix, "dolby surround" system;
- a fully equipped kitchen, an extendable table seating up to 6, a snack table perfect for breakfast, and an espresso machine available for guests;
- two comfortable double bedrooms with air conditioning, closet and walk-in closet;
- a single room with two beds, air conditioning, desk and closet;
- two bathrooms with showers fully equipped with hair dryers, soaps and linens;
- a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.
Fully air-conditioned in all rooms, independent heating, Terrestrial and Ethernet TV, Smart TV, Netflix, Hi-Fi, free Wi-Fi Internet connection, Washing machine, Dryer, Dishwasher, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster and every convenience.
All windows are double glazed to insulate the interior.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you about a day before your arrival to arrange a check-in time, hand over the keys and show you the apartment. We are at your disposal to make your Roman vacation unforgettable, providing all useful information about the city, stores, restaurants, pizzerias, trattorias, wine-bars and groceries in the area.
For any unforeseen event or clarification we will be reachable by phone ( whatsapp ) or e-mail.

At check-in we will need to register the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document.

Upon arrival you will be required to pay the city tax of € 3.50 per person per night, as required by the City of Rome.

Please note that check-ins must be arranged directly with the property and will incur a surcharge as follows:
- 21.00 - 24.00: € 30,00.
- 24:00 - 01.00: € 40,00.
After 01.00 a.m. we are unable to arrange check-in.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C (with -2°C tolerance) for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (with +2° tolerance).

If you need we can arrange transfer to and from the main airports in Rome, to and from the Port of Civitavecchia with Van and private driver ......
