Charming, bright and sunny, rent this fabulous two bedroom house located RIGHT ON THE BEACH, just steps from the water. Enjoy the million dollar views and watch the dolphins play from your living room window! Outside, relax on your own beach. This unit is beautifully furnished; you'll feel right at home!

Be enchanted with this island where there are no high rises, no traffic lights and no crowds. A two lane road runs the length of the island with pristine beaches on the west side and Lemon Bay on the east side.

We are just steps from Stump Pass state park and wildlife sanctuary where you will discover a pristine, uninhabited shoreline. Shops, restaurants and boat rentals within walking distance. Grocery shopping, more restaurants and golf courses all just a short drive away.

Location Location Location

Such a beautiful view, even in the rain. The living room window seemed like a big screen TV with a gorgeous screen-saver. We saw lovely sunsets and dolphins while looking out the window. We loved having breakfast in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the screened-in porch. Literally 20 steps and there’s sand between your toes. We love the non-commercial area that’s still close to several restaurants, and we love hunting for sharks teeth. Perfect location for us.

Nice place directly on the beach.

Miles of walking everyday on a beautiful beach. Walking distance, about 1 mile, to a few bars and restaurants. The kitchen was newer and clean, and the living room area was comfortable. This is a little older place, and it appears to be undergoing some remodeling as there were several old air conditioning units and tools, etc. stored in the bedroom closets and under beds, and all the window screens were removed. The place will probably be really nice when updating is completed. We spent a lot of time on the big screened porch watching the waves and the birds, and we saw a few dolphin swimming not too far from shore. Overall we had a wonderful week at the beach.

Wonderful View and Location!

Delightful stay, with hours spent on the large screen porch taking in the direct oceanfront views and listening to the ocean waves! The views from the living room is excellent, too, during inclimate weather. Great shelling right in front of the beach house. A very short walk on the beach or on the road to Stump Pass State Park, with great interpretive trails and an uncrowded beach that extends as far as the eye can see. Owner was wonderful - very responsive! Great experience.

Love the location

Property is good… needs some sprucing up.. kitchen cabinets.. towel bar in bathroom.. carpet needed to be vac in bedroom. Small cosmetic repairs would make it feel nicer. We will return.

We bought this house in 2002 because we love the location on the beach. The state park is within walking distance and you can walk to restaurants, too. The whole area is relaxed and laid back. Best of all, you are surrounded by nature!
