Hospitality is what best describes us. You will contact the owner for your vacation scheduling. Once booked, you will receive an email from VRBO 3 days prior to your check in date with access to the Welcome Guide for instructions on checking in, checking out, contact, parking and access. Once in Puerto Rico, you will be welcomed at the condo by an owner representative. You will receive an explanation on the condo's amenities and surrounding areas of interest. In addition, the owner representative will be on call for any additional questions you might have.
The studio is located on the eleventh floor with a private balcony and a beautiful view to Isla Verde
beach. Access to Isla Verde beach is within walking distance. Accommodates up to 2 people.
Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach or practice water sports like
windsurfing, parasailing or kayaking. Visit all six (6) Blue Flag beaches around the island.

Climate: Perfect year round temperature average in the 80's F during the day and 70's F at night.

The condo was delightful. Very clean and updated on the inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had ample white noise with fans and a well working air conditioning unit. Towels and beach accessories were provided. It was so close to the airport that our rental car place was .1 mile away! The pool was nice in the morning. To get to the beach you had to walk a little distance, which is typical for this area. I definitely recommend going into old San Juan or Condado for dinner restaurants. They had some great breakfast options nearby but the restaurants in walking distance were a little too touristy for me. The hosts were very , easy to talk to and work with and we will definitely be back on our next visit. One doesn’t have to rent a car to be here but it’s recommended to see more parts of Puerto Rico specially, if you want to go on the ferry to Vieques or north to see the beautiful local land.

Pre Cruise Vacation

This was our 2nd time in Puerto Rico and stay in this area. THIS VRBO sealed the deal and where we will stay again and again. Honestly, I could skip the cruise

So Grateful!!!!

10 Days, did just about everything there to do. Had a little issue with a/c unit. Fixed Asap. Was looking at hotel next door and across the street. They wanted 5 times the price per night. Probably because they offered breakfast and a short cut to beach. lol.

Pretty good for the most part...but not without issues

We were pleased for the most part with the studio apartment. There were a few things that we wished we had received more information about. There were no instructions about how to use the TV or stove, or what supplies were available, and which we were supposed to provide or not. At times we ended up buying things that we needed, only to find out later they were tucked away in a cabinet. The kitchen was very minimally supplied in terms of utensils, cooking appliances etc., but we made do as best we could. For instance there is a toaster, no toaster oven, or any other oven. There is only a small stovetop with two burners, which took some figuring out how to use. Also, unbeknownst to us the water was shut off on one of the days we were there. There was a message in the lobby on a digital slide show that moved so quickly I was not able to read it in time to understand what it said. We later found out that once a month the water is shut off in the entire building from the morning until 3 in the afternoon. It would have been good to have a heads up about this from the owner or representative. On our last week at the property (we were there for 4 weeks), the beeper for the gate stopped working. I tried to contact the representative, but she did not reply. Tried again, and never heard from her again. We only had contact with her at the beginning of our stay. She reached out and was able to bring us some extra towels, and an ice cube tray, but that was all.

Our property is located on Condominium Saint Tropez behind the restaurant Lupis next to El San Juan Hotel and nearby other hotels. This would facilitate your booking in nearby hotels for sightseeing and fun trips around the island using the concierge service at those hotels. The area is a tourist oriented place which will make your stay much easier.
This will be an unique vacation with breathtaking beach views, dining and shopping. All within walking distance.
