You will be staying in a centrally located apartment in the heart of Condado only two small blocks (300 feet/100m) from La Concha Resort and Casino, beautiful contemporary decor, spacious 3 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms.

We are on the 3rd floor with updated Elevator.

Air Conditioning units in Each sleeping bedroom (sorry, not in living room).

>NOTE: There's a nearby construction Mon - Fri 7AM-3PM, be aware that you may hear noises during those times. Sorry for the inconveniences.<

The home has full kitchen, washer & dryer, WIFI, HDTV and Cable TV. Our place also has views to the Condado Lagoon from our living room (now view limited from balcony).

You will be staying only a few steps (less than 300 feet/100 meters) from La Ventana al Mar (Beach can be accessed through this park), across from the park there are famous ritzy stores such as Cartier, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Ferragamo among others; relax at Zen Spa, visit souvenir shops, local and international restaurants and of course the surf and sand that our island is know for...

The Old San Juan is only 3 miles away (4.5 km) where you can explore 16th century Spanish forts (Castillo San Felipe del Morro and San Cristobal) and other historical sites (Museo de Las Americas, Contemporary Museum of Art, Paseo la Princesa, Parque de las Palomas), the San Juan Nautical Club (1 mile away/1.8km), Isla Grande airport (2 miles/3.6 km) and Puerto Rico Convention Center (2 miles away).

Great location, great apartment

We were very happy with our stay here. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and it had all we needed. Having the parking space was a huge bonus because street parking in this part of the city is not too abundant. The walk to the beach and to loads of restaurants was quick and felt safe. Rip currents at the closest beach meant that it wasn't safe to do more than wade, but there was another one that faced an inlet at about a 10 minute walk. The AC units in the bedrooms were adequate, and if you need the common area to be cooler I recommend setting the provided standup fans such that they move the cool air around. The master shower was good but the secondary one could use a new shower head, as the current one has a messed up piece that's decreasing the pressure. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment, so we cooked in a couple times after buying food from Walmart and Walgreens. There are a number of keys to figure out, so make sure you read the owner's instructions and look at their pictures! The elevator did not seem to be operating when we visited, though maybe we misunderstood how to get it going. There is some street noise, but I only noticed it when I was not in the rooms with air conditioning running (which is to say that the AC noise overpowered the street noise). I would gladly stay here again. My family of 5 (youngest age 12) were all happy.

Would stay again

Nice location, clean, street/off site parking pretty good, accurate description, fairly easy to get around. Lots of restaurants and stores on the area. We went swimming at the small beach that was about a 5 minute walk and saw a Manatee. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels available to use. Got stuck in elevator due to city wide power outage and response time was great. Big thank you to the cleaning person who called right away and called to follow up after a few minutes to make sure they were on the way!

Great place in great location

We had a very good stay at this apartment. It’s in a great location and everything was clean and in good shape when we arrived. Although we didn’t have any problems for which we needed to contact the owners, they were very responsive when we had questions before our stay. I definitely recommend it for a group of four to six adults.

Great San Juan (Candado) location!

For a 3 night stay before our cruise, this was an excellent property in an amazing location! - Check-in and access were as-described in the correspondance; - the apartment was spacious, clean and functional, easy to live in for the duration of our stay; - Beach, shopping and food & drink where all steps away, and the provided towels / beach chairs / etc were very much appreciated! - Owners were respectful but attentive (inquired after a third-party notification that the assigned parking spot was being disrespected); - A/C in each bedroom and fans in living room made for comfortable evenings and sleeps, on very adequate beds in all 3 rooms; - bathrooms could use a refresh and the water pressure was a bit underwhelming, but still serviceable; - kitchen was kitted out well and very functional. We would absolutely consider a return stay!
