This first floor condo is located in Palma Real, a boutique style condominium in Puerto Morelos. From the patio of this condo, the pool and beautiful Caribbean Sea await. Puerto Morelos is a small peaceful town on Mexico's Caribbean coast, the Riviera Maya. Other than offering some of the most spectacular beaches in the world, the Riviera Maya is home to the great Mayan reef, the second largest reef in the world, only one half of a mile off-shore, making it a Mecca for diving enthusiasts. Located between the charming town of Playa del Carmen and the much more upbeat city of Cancun, Puerto Morelos is a breath of fresh air for those looking to get away to a peaceful haven. In addition to complete relaxation in Puerto Morelos, the surrounding region offers incredible archaeological sites, various eco parks, championship golf and world class shopping.

In this condo, you may choose to lounge on the patio looking out towards the pool/ocean, sunbath next to the oceanfront Infinity Pool, soak in the hot tub, or sleep under the palapas on the beach. Palma Real is a true slice of heaven and most definitely can become your "happy place". This fully equipped condo offers amenities such as High-Speed Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), Cable TV, and 24-hour Security.

Other than being the ultimate getaway, Palma Real is a short 10 minute walk from the charming center of Puerto Morelos where you can enjoy the fine local cuisine, shop, and mingle with the permanent expat crowd who has chosen Puerto Morelos as their Caribbean home. Cancun is 30 minutes north, and Playa del Carmen and the Ferry to Cozumel is 30 minutes south.

Great Condo

Great spot , much bigger and nicer than the pictures would leed you to believe. Our host Mercedes took care of anything we needed promptly and efficiently.

Beautiful sunrises

Stayed for a week, very nice place. Extremely well equipped for a comfortable stay. Local construction has made a bit of a mess of the access road but it wasn’t overly noisy. Beach is ok, it’s narrow in places due to erosion. Pool and hot tub make up for that. Overall very good and I would gladly stay here again.

A wonderful, safe small town Mexican getaway!!!

My husband Alex and I had such a great time at Anna's condo. We booked to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and our baby girl on the way... it was everything we could have asked for. The property was clean and cozy, the views were awesome! The pool deck had plenty of chaise loungers, and the pool was amazing. The condo itself had everything we needed, from beach towels to kitchen supplies, a huge assortment of games and cards, a safe for valuables... and such a cozy king bed. The blackout shades made sleeping like a hotel, and the AC units worked fabulously and cooled things of quickly after a long day outside. Mercedes the property manager was helpful, sweet and caring. She gave us suggestions on good places to eat in town, and all instructions needed. The binder on site was also very helpful. We rented a car, which proved to be super convenient to go into town for meals, excursions, the supermarket and shopping. It was a 5 minute drive from the condo into town, as you have to go around the local port. We never had trouble parking in town, we always found spots. And the condo has one assigned tandem spot for you. When we come back, we might rent a golf cart instead of a car if we only plan to go into town - it's definitely a great town to use one. My only big advice is to make sure you learn how the addresses work on your GPS! On our way from the CUN airport, both of our phone GPS apps took us off the highway to the right instead of the left (towards the water and condo)... and we went on a small off-roading trek before realizing we had erred. The 77580 on the address is more like a zip code, so be sure you input the entire address exactly as Mercedes sends it to you. PS - our cell phone services (Verizon and T-Mobile) and the wifi at the condo worked great on the trip. The wifi works out on the pool deck too!! Great trip, we are looking forward to coming back with our little girl one day. :-) Thank you, Anna & Mercedes! And Gustavo for keeping the property clean and looking so good.

A truly beautiful experience

Ah, how to make this different and meaningful? This place is not for everyone. Here is what it is. It is exquisite! Nestled in the fishing town of Puerto Morelos is this second floor condo. It's a small building with a few residences. It is beautiful and calming. The infinity pool reaches out to the sea in the most breathtaking way. The staff are friendly and the property is well kept. The whole wall of the master bedroom is a window to the sea. The bathroom has a large shower and a large window to the sea. If you are looking for the most peaceful serene accommodations, look no further. Town is close enough to walk. The market is well stocked. The town square is full of artisans. Evenings there is the occasional piano player in the square. The restaurants are exceptional. The town is friendly. If you are looking for peace, or to find yourself, this is a wonderful place to start. Anna is honest about everything. She is a straight shooter. Mercedes is a doll. I spent 17 days here and I will be coming back.

My husband and I reside in Minnesota with our two children 11 and 13 years of age. We have been escaping to Puerto Morelos for 20+ years for a break from our MN winters. It has become our happy place.

Our condo is steps away from the beach! It is just south of the federal port area so traffic on the beach is nearly non-existent. It is a 3/4 mile or 10 minute walk to the center of town!
