The condo B104 is conveniently located on the 1st floor of a beachfront building overlooking the Sea of Cortez. You'll watch the sunsets right from the patio, and enjoy spectacular views from the comfort of the spacious living room. The unit is elegant and furnished with luxury decor that will make you feel comfortable and at home the moment you step through the door. At around 2000 square feet the unit is very spacious and has King, 2 Queen size beds and 4 bathrooms where each bedroom has its own bathroom. The sofa in the living room also folds out for an additional bed.
Several steps from the patios is a large infinity swimming pool and hot tub that the whole family can enjoy. The pool has a pool bar and restaurant dubbed Survivor Bar that you can enjoy either from the water, at tables by the pool, or have the waiters deliver your orders directly to the unit. If you catch any fish during your stay then the chefs at the pool bar can prepare and cook the fish for you.
A few steps past the pool you'll arrive at an incredible beach that stretches for miles around the peninsula. The community has a challenging 18 hole Arthur Hills golf course, tennis courts, and offers sea kayaking. There is an assortment of activities to choose from inside the city of La Paz and surrounding areas. By boat, it's possible to explore and snorkel around the nearby island of Espiritu Santo, experience the area's world famous fishing, and observe the spectacular marine life. There are many amazing restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and social events to choose from. Use the freely available kayaks to swim with the whale sharks and dolphins that regularly feed off the beach in front of the condo.
The ferry boats run every 30 minutes from 730am to 1130pm, and will ferry you between the dock at the La Paz boardwalk and the development on the peninsula at no charge. If staying out past 1130pm then a late-night boat is available for a fee. Inside the development free transportation is available to drive you between the condos, boat dock, and golf course. It's also possible to rent golf carts for the entire length of your stay to use as transportation inside the development.
To get to La Paz either fly directly into the La Paz airport and take a 10 minute taxi to the boat dock, or fly into Cabo and take a scenic 2 hour shuttle to La Paz. We recommend stopping by Wal Mart on your way to the boat dock to pick up food, snacks, and drinks before arriving to the unit.
