This 2 bedrooms and 2 bath GROUND FLOOR condo is located in a GATED quiet country club community in Orlando Florida (32822) just minutes from all the tourist destinations Orlando has to offer including universal, Disney and Seaworld . Rates are $105 per night for a couple or $735 per week. Save $650 with 1 month booking. for $2500 per month Send me a message and we will give you the best rate possible.

The KITCHEN has just been completely redone.. new cabinets, new granite counters, new appliances. Larger counter with 2 stools added.

The living and dining area is open and inviting. There is an enclosed screened patio just off the living area that has a great view of the golf course and canal. Our condo has free high speed WiFi internet and cable tv. We love to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening there.

With the Kitchen remodel, every room now has been redone over the last years. Our condo is clean, sunny and open space, and comfortable. Since we use it ourselves during the winter months, everything you need is here. It is owner furnished rather than rental furnished.

The location of this property is its main asset. We are conveniently located only 10 minutes from the Orlando airport, and all Disney Attractions and Universal Studios are within a half hour drive. Most of the Orlando sights and destinations are conveniently close, yet this area keeps you secluded and away from all the traffic. Ventura Country Club has two gated entrances that are manned 24 hours a day by the security team.

Willowpointe Circle is its own little community inside of the gated Ventura Country Club Resort. The heated hotel style pool exclusively for Willowpointe guests is less than a 1 minute walk out the front door. You can also walk 5 minutes to the Ventura Country Club to swim in their Olympic size pool, play golf at member rates, work out in the fitness center, play tennis or pickle ball, eat at the restaurant, visit the library, playground, and much more.

Our Florida condo is a Quiet Little Retreat in the busy world of Orlando. COME and RELAX :)

Great Condo

Stayed here for 16 nights condo was lovely really clean and had everything you needed. Pool only 50 yards away almost always no others in there really peaceful. I can’t fault anything it was great thank you Barbara.

Perfect Getaway

Me and my two boys enjoyed this cozy home so much. Not only was it a hop away from the parks and friends, but the back terrace was perfect for watching a storm roll through. I highly recommend!!

awesome ground floor condo

The first thing I said was entering the condo was "Wow oh wow"! It was exactly as described in the listing. So impressed with the facility, check-in, and security. We were in town visiting our daughter and family, so we did not use the pools and all the other options, but they looked great. The location is excellent.

We purchased our condo in 2011. But for many years previous to that, we had visited there. Our dear Aunt Willy had owned it. Upon her death, we were able to purchase it.
So we have many, many good memories there already.
After purchasing, we started the updating process.
It was newly painted and new ceramic tile throughout, but we added new appliances, updated the decor, and completely redid the 2nd bedroom .. Each time we visit, we still think of Aunt Willy and the good times there. Our wish is that you will also create some pleasant memories as you enjoy your time at our condo.
