The house is comfortably decorated in modern Mexican style with handcrafted mahogany furnishings. Throughout the home you see ample use of Mexican tiles, marble, colored washed walls and handcrafted finishings.
On the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen with counter seating, a separate dining room and living area. Also, on the first floor are three bedrooms, two with a king bed and the third with two queens. Each bedroom has an attached or adjoining bathroom. Off of the dining room is a covered patio, a great place to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the waves of the nearby ocean.
On the second floor is a master bedroom, complete with a king sized bed and private bath. Surrounding the master suite is a large covered roof-top patio and an open sunning area where you can enjoy an unbelievable view of the ocean.

Amazing house and location

Absolutely unbeatable location, great amenities that met all our needs, very attentive and caring property manager 😊 we are planning on returning for 2 weeks next year!!

Wonderful Beach Home for a Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at the property. The home is on a second row from the beach so only 1-2 minutes walk to the wonderful warm water beach. The host was very communicative and made sure any of our needs/asks were addressed. Would certainly recommend.

Next Level Experience

Our experience staying at Casa Amigos set the bar future vacations for our family. The house was in a quiet part of a highly secure and charming neighborhood close to everything we wanted to see and do. The home itself was the perfect size for our family of five and exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything was impeccably clean, the bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom. The second level of this home is solely dedicated to a master suite and wrap-around outdoor living area that was the perfect getaway for the adults in our party. We had our morning coffee on the covered patio area while we enjoyed listening to the ocean and wildlife. We love to cook and found the kitchen well-stocked for this purpose. The living areas were nicely appointed and comfortable. Our favorite spot, however, is the pool and patio area at the front of the home. We all spent countless hours lounging poolside and cooling off. The kids played in the pool well into the evenings every night. The property was meticulously maintained while we were there, though the staff was not in any way intrusive. The pool was always clean and housekeeping came on Wednesday to clean, change sheets & towels and freshen things up while we were out exploring downtown Playa. It's a quick walk to the beach (less than 2 minutes), which we also enjoyed. The gem of this place, however, are the house managers, Tara and Luis. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, Tara and Luis worked to make sure our stay was truly memorable. We used their grocery service and had amazing communication from Tara about the items we requested, suggestions on quantities (more Jalapenos!) and alternate selections when the things we requested were not available. Everything was organized and ready for us in the kitchen when we arrived and we could not have been more pleased. Tara also helped us schedule a van and driver for the day to take us to Tulum to see the Mayan Ruins and to explore local cenotes. The day trip became the highlight of our vacation and our guide, Tony, was fantastic. We truly cannot say enough about our experience with Tara, Luis and Casa Amigos. If we don't take all of our future vacations at Casa Amigos, we will certainly measure every future trip against this one. Thank you, Richard and Cyndi, for sharing your lovely home with us. And a BIG thank you to Tara and Luis for their warm and welcoming hospitality.

Perfect location and house for our girls weekend away

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. The location was absolutely perfect- close to the beach and town and tucked away on the cutest little street. Tara the property manager was in contact with me throughout the entire booking process and set up a car to take us to and from the airport, Stocked the house with groceries for us, and walked us through the whole house when we got there. The house had everything we needed- towels, beach chairs, beach bags, air conditioners in each bedroom, and all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking. Everything was super clean and tidy and we loved all of the big windows and natural light! We all agreed this was the best experience we’ve ever had at a vacation rental! Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful home!

Nice and quiet

Everything was perfect from the first day. This house is very well equipped and well stocked, pack light. You will not need anything other than food and drinks once you arrive. The owner and property manager were very flexible with any of our needs. They were always in contact when we had a question, and the property managers Luis and Tara were very polite and informative. The property exterior was well kept every day while we were there, and the neighborhood was very clean and quiet, the pool was perfectly clean. The beach is only a minute walk away and supermarkets are only a few minutes (Sams Club and Chedraui). I recommend using Amazon to have all of your food (and drinks!) delivered, it is cheaper and quicker, get prime Mexico for $5. The rooftop patio front and rear were very nice, the rear patio is especially nice for relaxing in the evening, no mosquitos or critters at all. The grill is outside on the second level patio, lots of room for grilling and sipping cocktails in the evening. You don't need a car once you get to the property, 5th avenue and the ferry to Cozumel is only a few minute walk. Treat yourself to a free visit to the Fives Rooftop pool (Hilton open to public) for the all you can eat buffet (about $30 usd for brunch), or just relaxing in the pool and cocktails, about a 10 minute walk.
