The condo is about 30 minutes drive from Liberia Airport; 4 minutes drive to Playa Del Coco. 900 meters to a beautiful, award winning Ocotal Beach - clean, sheltered, with tidal “lagunas” for the kids. Great advantage of location – no dog’s barking and small fishing village noise…only birds and howler monkey. This 700 square foot just renovated apartment with swimming pool and mountains view offers fully equipped kitchen, A/C in each room, ceiling fan and hotel style safe. Portable BBQ - please use it ONLY on the grpound (per condo by-law). Accommodates four persons. Villa Dolce Vita guests enjoy: 24 hour security on site, free parking, Wi-Fi, 5 swimming pools in the complex, colorful Guanacaste's wildlife, safe swimming; Guanacaste's best snorkeling, outstanding sport fishing and scuba diving; quiet and relaxed sunbathing, peaceful environment away from the party atmosphere in Coco. The interior is renovated in 2018. The master bedroom has comfortable queen bed and WC. Guest bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and private WC. One of the best located in Dolce Vita La Colina complex: no climbing, greenest landscaping.

Many beautiful non-touristy Pacific Coast beaches are within 0.5-1.5 hours drive!

La villa est très bien situé, sécuritaire avec un stationnement et accès a une piscine infinité. Elle est a proximité de plusieurs plages du pacifique et restaurants je l'a recommande.

It was a great place!! Very cute and very quiet area. Natalia was great with communicating with me and very quick at responding. Rose her property manager was a wonderful person and very helpful as well. Having the security service made us feel safe!! We are planning on returning some day and would definitely rent this cute little condo! Thank you so much Natalia for renting to us on such a short notice, due our other VRBO owner had to cancel on us last minute due an electricity issue!!

We just keep on coming back!

We have stayed in Villa Dolce Vita 3 additional time before staying in this unit. We found everything we needed all within a comfortable atmosphere. Close to parking and a short stroll to the pool! Lovely!

We loved this condo

We stayed here for 5 night and wished we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable for my husband, my 20 year old daughter, and me. We didn’t rent a car, but could easily walk around. Playa Ocotal is a few minutes walk away and has a tiny store on the way. Playa del Coco is further, but we walked to it several times. There’s a small store that has everything, on the way to Coco. If you want to buy a bunch of things, there’s a supermarket in Coco and it’s easy to take a taxi or Uber home. We loved the condo because it was pretty quiet. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and the pools. There’s a lot of pools on the property and you’re allowed to use them. We only used two, but used them everyday in the evening after a long day. I would stay here again. We really enjoyed it.

Close to beach, pools are clean and maintained well

Basic rental close to Ocotol Beach, Great location, 6 different pools to enjoy, all maintained. Safe. Close to Coco for anything you may need.

The most enjoyable - is sipping coffee on the balcony, watching and listening how morning unfolds...
Advantage of location – 900 m to Ocotal beach (much more preferable for swimming and snorkeling then Coco beach);
no dog’s barking and small fishing village noise… still close to bars, restaurants and shopping area of Coco.
Restaurant Father Rooster - right at Ocotal beach. Enjoy their famous cocktails.
