Enjoyed our stay at Layla owners of the property are really great people with wonderful staff

Property was as advertised. Check in was easy, accomadations were clean and the food at their restaurant was great! Would definitely stay at Layla Guesthouse again.

Absolutely had a wonderful stay.

I would highly recommend Layla guest house. The owners Robin and Steve are wonderful warm hosts who make your stay a very enjoyable experience. The restaurant is lovely with great food. Apartment was cleaned daily. Top notch. Best stay I've had in cancun. I will be back..

Adult get-a-way

My husband and I stayed 8 nights at Layla Guesthouse. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the cafe was great to have on hand, especially for early morning breakfasts. Lisa was our waitress on our first early morning meal and made us feel right at home with her kind personality! Ximena was able to answer questions and was often on site to check in with us during our stay. We went on the cenote tour with Robin, which was one of the most memorable things we have experienced in Mexico (we've vacationed in various locations in MX over 30 times). We would highly recommend this tour to anyone and everyone! Robin's extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for the culture of the mayan history, coupled with the fantastic cenote experience itself, is a once in a lifetime experience! Thanks for your hospitality, Layla guesthouse staff!

Unique jungle hotel

Great location, friendly staff , delicious vegan food and entertainment nightly . Close to beach and in town . Comfortable bed and accommodations

After living and teaching around the world for a couple of decades in New York, Kyoto, and Paris, we decided to integrate all our travel experience in Europe, Asia and Africa into one comfortable, fully-functioning guesthouse. We built it from the ground up using both local Mayan techniques and design help from a Mexico City trained local designer.

This charming fishing village offers a true Mexican experience, beyond the All-Inclusives, and affords optimal relaxation. We offer a RE-creation vacation where you can unwind and enjoy the hair salon services of New York/Paris stylist Steve, delve into the delicious cuisine at our cafe, and explore short vacation classes in languages ( including Mayan) , culture and local ecology. We like to say our guests return home more 'zen', more knowledgable, and more beautiful.....
