Terrace and garden have full south orientation, another living area during the nice seasons, one table, four armchairs, and a barbecue are at your disposal. Additional seats and table are available at the back of the house with garden.

The bedroom consists of one matrimonial bed size 160x200cm, night tables, a vanity with mirror, a large custom made closet, and a chest, as well as two standers for your suitcases.

One bathroom with a large shower, wc and washbasin. Closed storage space for storing luggage and washing machine.

Entirely equipped custom made kitchen : dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, four burner stove, oven, toaster and a water heater.

In Borgo Mummialla, the upper village part where stands the san frediano chapel overlooks the rest of the « borgo ».
A ruin up to 2000, the village was entirely reconstructed and restructured according to the italian historical center norms.
The village is composed of 16 apartments set in a 70 hectares propriety of olive groves, forests and fields. A perfect place for a stay in full nature but close to typical restaurants of the region.

Car is essential to reach this little haven, and the famous sites of tuscany such as : san gimignano at 12km, volterra at 20km, florence and pisa at 1h20 by car.
