Update: Our resort will have COVID testing onsite. We would organize your testing so you wont have to worry about it. Also airport offers 1 hour Covid testing for your return flight

Location Location Location... Luxury condo with great location. Walk to golf, marina and beach club.

Our ground floor condo is perfect for people with bad knees.

The condo has 2 private pools, gym and access to the Beach Club. It is fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, kitchen, fresh towels changed every 3 months, and 50 inch TV.


Best part: The beach club is a short 4-5 minute walk and offers a beautiful pool, kids entertainment and a wet bar. Colina has a BBQ area, gym, and a wet bar with icemaker and jacuzzi.

Ask for our fishing and golf rates - we know the best boats and can help you choose one.

Los Suenos is a great option for your vacation - it has great golf, fishing, pools, kids club, spa, gym, and much more. Close to Los Suenos is Jaco - with lots of restaurants and nightlife. There is always something to do while you are at Los Suenos - or just relax at the beach club.

There are chef services, as well as have the fridge pre-stocked for your convenience. We can help you organize your trip so everything is ready when you get here - from tours to airport transfers to restaurants to go eat.

We have a portable crib and provide board games as well as Jenga.

Perfect stay for our family
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Fabio was exceptionally helpful and helped schedule many of our activities along with a driver to and from the airport. This made things very easy for us. The Beach Club was a lot of fun and we really enjoyed that. Colina has its own pool and while it’s just out the front door, it isn’t as fun as the Beach Club. My kids loved the Beach Club. We enjoyed the marina. Highly recommend Villa Caletas for sunset. It was one of my favorite parts of the trip. We also zip lined, went to Isla Tortuga through Costa Cat, went to Manual Antonio and did Poas Volcano. If you don’t rent a car, I recommend renting a golf cart (which Fabio can arrange for you). You can take it to the grocery store which is helpful along with around the resort. We also rented a car for one day to go out and explore. The condo was exactly as described and a perfect home base for us.

Vacation in Paradise!
Our stay at this unit was perfect from booking, arranging transportation to and from the airport and staying the week. Fabio was great, he definitely went above and beyond for us! The unit is quite spacious. It is stocked with almost everything we needed. The only thing we needed to purchase were wash cloths. There were plenty of towels and linens. The resort pool at the Beach Club was beautiful! All the restaurants in the resort were delicious. I would definitely recommend renting a golf cart if you are not renting a car. You can go out of the resort to the grocery stores and other restaurants not on property. El Pelicano was delicious and just outside the resort. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic All Around
Great location with great amenities. The condo was well kept, stocked with all of the essentials and picking up and dropping off keys was a breeze. Fabio put us in touch with a shuttle service that was really helpful in getting our group of 8 from A to B. Fabio was generally really responsive and very flexible. I want to go back!
