Clean, comfortable, and close to the park!

This property has ample space for a decent sized group, and you simply can't beat the location. The home is kept clean and has great amenities; it's an older building but well-kept. Neighbors all seemed friendly, even those that seem to live there full-time. You can see/hear the Disney fireworks right from the front porch every night; so don't panic where you suddenly hear loud rumbling at 9:30pm. Pool access was incredible, 3 pools and a hot tub that were never busy (though I'm sure that changes with the weather). Would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location

This is a fantastic property. The location is great. It is about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, so it is close enough to go back and take a little break instead of having to be at the parks all day. The house was very clean and close to many restaurants and grocery store. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely try and stay here again next time.

Fantastic stay!

The house was PERFECT for our family! Lots of space for 7 of us. The kids loved the bunk bed. My husband and I took the master suite and the bed was SO comfy and the walk in shower in the ensuite was just great! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed! The walk to downtown Disney and both parks is very easy and we took advantage of being so close to the parks that we walked home in the afternoon for a rest before walking back to the park for the evenings! We loved the pool and used it multiple times as the week was a very warm one!! Thank you for a great VRBO experience. We will recommend your rental to anyone who is looking for a place in Anaheim and would be happy to come back any time!

Disneyland vacation

Location to Disneyland was a bit to far to wall with smaller children. Property was older in a bit run down.inside the unit was nice. Would probably not stay here again

UNSAFE AND MISLEADING

When we first arrived we were unable to get in with the code provided. The host had forgotten to update the keypad and had to look up a different one for us to use. So we were likely using the code from the previous occupants which felt unsafe. As soon as we walked in we were surprised at the quality of the home. The photos made it look clean and updated but they were very misleading. Looking at the photos now they have things blocking the questionable parts of the home. A lot of the amenities in the photos are also missing like the slide on the patio and toys in the bunk room. The worst of our experience was that when we arrived the ceiling was caving in one of the bedrooms. We contacted the host and they were unaware of the situation. They came over to look at it while we were out and called telling us to just sleep on the couch until they could have a contractor come the next morning. We asked for a refund so we could stay elsewhere and they said that could be discussed the next day and to just sleep on the couch. Long story short, after the first night it was deemed unsafe by a contractor. Rather than giving us a refund the host was going to have it fixed WHILE WE WERE STAYING THERE!! We spent the entire first two days of our Disneyland vacation trying to figure out this mess when the host should have immediately offered us a refund to stay somewhere else from the beginning. He agreed to a partial refund on the second day and we left. Do not recommend.

WHO ARE WE? Fun-loving, Hard-working, kid-adoring family who love getting outside, traveling, making memories, spending time together, & investing in others. Party of 5! Mom, Dad, 2 girls and the little boy. Favorite things to do as a family: Get outdoors, dance around the living room to Disney theme songs, laugh, & read books together at bedtime. We are blessed! Now come stay at one of two favorite places ~ Storybook Villa #1 or #2.

ONE WORD: LOCATION. Its the closest location to Disneyland. Period. Yes, walking to the park is possible. The tram is an option too. We had YOU & Your Family in mind when we purchased the home. More Convenience, less hassle with loading the car, parking, & paying for it.
