The street that the property is located on is closed at one end, so there is almost no traffic. A wall along the sidewalk further assures privacy, security and tranquility, and also provides secure off-street parking for a car. On the property itself is a large amount of plants and trees, and this has the effect of turning it into a small oasis for birds and a multitude of coquí, a small tree frog almost invisible to the eye (it is the size of a small fingernail).
