We use a professional administrator to manage our condo. We highly recommend coordinating with the administrator to coordinate airport pick-up to ensure entry into the building and unit. There is no lockbox because the entrance to the building is secured and no one is available to let you into the building let alone the condo.
Not only does this two-bedroom two bath condo have a great location, in a tranquil 16 unit building, but it’s within walking distance or a short cab ride to all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightspots Puerto Vallarta has to offer. You can start your day by waking up to a view of the bay from the master bedroom. Next you start up the la Pavoni espresso machine and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. After enjoying the view you need to decide whether to take a swim in the heated pool, walk down the steps to the beach, explore old Vallarta or do nothing at all and just stay on the balcony and read a book. I forgot to mention there are two loungers on the balcony for the required afternoon siesta. To my dismay I had to remove the hammock because every year birds would cut the fabric to make nests. Many guests commented they preferred lounge chairs, so I made the decision to remove the hammock.
Prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the patio or just eat out at some of the finest restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. After dinner, hit the clubs, walk the Malecon, or relax in the living room and just watch cable TV a DVD or listen to music.. If you don’t feel like cooking, we can arrange for a cook. Wireless internet is available for guests who unfortunately may have to work a bit, answer emails to tell friends how much fun they are having or just want to surf the web. The best part is you can do all of this from the balcony or anywhere else in the condo.
The walk to the beach is fairly easy and some parts of the public steps you need to be careful because they are not maintained by our association. The community has accomplished numerous improvements to create crosswalks and a sidewalk along the Carretera 200 to the center of town which use to be full of potholes. Walking back to the condo from the beach can take some effort for those who've had a few Margaritas or not in shape. If you want the party vibe of the beach, this location isn't for you.
This condo/home has been decorated with a Mexican flair. If you’re looking for a chain hotel experience don’t bother to make this your vacation experience. Just feel sorry for those who booked their vacation spot away from old Puerto Vallarta. A/C throughout the condo and there is a laundry room if you didn’t bring enough clothes. Worried about your passport and money, there is a safe to store your valuables.
Twice a week maid service is included for a stay of 2 weeks or more. We can arrange more frequent cleaning service upon request. We can arrange for a local chef if you don't feel like cooking or going out.
The living area is approximately 1,500 square feet. There is one California King in the master bedroom and two double beds in the guest room.
We have great restaurant recommendations, driving adventures, fishing/whale watching, or other recreational activities. We love Puerto Vallarta and we want you to experience what we know as paradise.
