At Chester Avenue Guest House you'll get the convenience of being located close to many of the newest shopping & entertainment complexes but without the gritty hustle & bustle of being in the city. We're located in a residential area that is very quiet, safe, with all the creature-comfort amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible!
This is a large guest house that can accommodate larger parties of up to 6-8 people.
Whether you're here for business or pleasure we're here to make sure all your needs are met, from arranging transportation for you to get around or planning short excursions to see other parts of Kingston or the island.

Myself and my housekeeper the famous 'Miss Sinclair' reside at this property as well with 2 friendly old dogs :)*********

Abundance of Space

We were very happy with our accommodations. This was a stunning property inside and out with more than sufficient space for our family to roam freely without feeling like we were on top of each other. The location was very central and secure and made for an easy commute to the local shops and places of interest. Our hosts were extremely friendly and made us feel very much at home. This will certainly be our place in Kingston to stay whenever we are in town.

This is like a museum

The home is beautiful, we enjoyed our stay nurse took good care of us . Ms Sinclair was very nice as well . We will be coming back again soon miss you already ❤️🇯🇲🙏🏾

Like visiting with family

I hate to have to write a good review about this place because now everybody is going to know how this place is and I might not be able to get to reserve a room here during my next visit. From the moment my family and I arrived, we felt like we were visiting with family members who were happy we were there. Nurse Sinclair and Dominique made sure all our needs were met. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will see when you arrive. When I plan my vacation for next year, I will have to see if this place is available. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Better than expected!

Dominique and Nurse Sinclair were absolutely wonderful hosts.... We rented the entire house for 2 weeks for our company employees that were there on business and it worked out wonderfully. I was hesitant about whether i'd find a place that would work for us, and even more hesitant as it seemed too good to be true! But I have heard nothing but great things from all of our executives.... Dominique and Nurse were very accommodating and fixed breakfast and dinners for them when they returned in the evenings from long days at our plant facility.... Where else can you get that kind of service??? Thank you again Dominique, Charmaine and Nurse for everything!

This is my family home that was built for my late husband and I to display and share our love of Jamaican art. This unique home was my 'dream-home' and while we rented it for almost 14 years it was time for us to move back in to enjoy it ourselves. All our friends and family that have stayed with us thus far have enjoyed the space, the layout, the location and it's closeness to everything.

Perhaps one of the best things about my home is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Kingston 6 is probably the most sought after area to live primarily for its close proximity (WALKING DISTANCE) to everything around (restaurants, business district, schools, nightlife etc.) it while maintaining a very 'suburban' feel.
All of our guests enjoy our key location, conveniently close & walking distance ( that much) to Sovereign North, Sovereign Plaza, Lane plaze, Orchid village and much more.
Perhaps the thing that stands out the most with our home is the art, and it's infusion with everything, from the giant statue we have outside, the garden, and even the lamps used in your guest suite. Everything has it's own personality and we hope you enjoy it as well!
