Location, Location, Location
If you want to get out and see Ocho Rios (Ochi) then this is the spot. It's near the main clubs, markets and restaurants in downtown. Just a stone's throw from Dunn's Falls. The cruise ships dock nearby, so when they are around there is an interesting mix of people in town. It didn't seem to be a problem as far as things being too crowded though.
The place is nice and serves the purpose of a decent place to stay. It is right next to the public beach and access to the beach is included in your stay. The beach does close at 5 pm though, which is a bummer if you wanted to take a nighttime stroll on the beach. Nice beach though and very convenient to the unit.
The facility overall is a bit rundown and could use a facelift. The pool bar is constantly blasting music and the scene was a bit shady for us. But this did not impact our stay, we just went across the street to John Crow's, which is a fun bar and definitely a happening spot on the weekend.
All in all a 4 out of 5 stars. Give it a try and explore Ochi! It's fun!
