On the north-side hill overlooking Sayulita, Casa Magia is a 3 bedroom/3 bath villa (constructed on 3 levels) with a soaring 30 foot palapa, spectacular ocean views, and 40 foot pool.

The beach is 800 yards away and Sayulita's main square 3/4 of a mile from the house -- giving you a relaxing environment at the house and rapid access to the ocean, shops and restaurants. The ultimate Mexican getaway!

Given we're on a large hill, we recommend renting a golfcart. It's 5 minute ride to the beach and a few extra minutes to the town center --and makes it easy to come back to the house after a day on the sand or evening meal in town.

Here are some details about the house:

The top level of the house has the large Palapa room with floor to ceiling doors and windows that provide 270 degree views of the ocean and jungle, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and multiple balconies/terraces for relaxing, reading, grilling (gas BBQ) or watching the sunset over the Pacific. The kitchen has a stovetop, oven, side-by-side fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The kitchen also has utensils, cookware and glassware. There is also a full bathroom on the first level - including shower.

The middle level of the house contains the master suite with queen bed and in-suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bed. Each room has a private balcony with lounge chair or hammock, floor to ceiling doors and windows, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.

The lower level is where you will find another bedroom and adjacent kitchenette. Possessing the same spectacular views as the other levels, it has a queen size bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling doors and windows, and in-suite bathroom. Across the walkway you’ll find the kitchenette with appliances, utensils and cookware you’ll need to cook a complete dinner or whip up a quick pool snack. The deck in front of the unit gives it an incredible open feeling where you can relax on lounge chairs or hammock.

Descend below the house to discover the fabulous 40-foot heated swimming pool and large deck with lounge chairs. Enjoy a dip to cool off or swim some laps. The water is treated with a pleasant saltwater filtration system for a refreshing experience without any chlorine irritation.

Rooms are stocked with bath and beach towels. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hairdryers—everything you need. The kitchen is also stocked with key basics.

The house is cleaned prior to your arrival, and again after you depart. The house is also cleaned every 3 days during the guest visit. More frequent cleaning is available for an additional fee.

Wifi is available in every room of the house and by the pool. There is a fixed Mexican landline telephone for local calls. Cellular service is good—check with your carrier before leaving home to be sure you have or get the correct service package (e.g. AT&T now includes Mexico in most value share packages).

Security is provided via remote control gate and combination keypad door. There are safes in the bedrooms for your valuables. There is parking for an auto or golf cart inside the gate.

Miguel, our property manager (+52-322-108-7680), will take care of every need during your stay. Miguel will meet you when you arrive to check you in, provide you with keys, door opener, and walk you through the logistics of the property. Any questions are a call or text message away.

Small children: unfortunately, we don’t recommend families with small children pay a visit to Casa Magia. Although it provides an incredible open air environment, the balconies have open railings on every level that present a safety hazard for little ones.

Transportation:

From/to Puerta Vallarta airport: we can arrange transportation to / from the airport with a well-regarded car service (using comfortable Chevy Surburbans). The driver will take you to an outstanding full-service grocery/home items superstore (Mega) so you can get whatever you need. You will find a quality presentation of fresh produce, meats, dairy, beverages, and snacks

Golf cart: the rental company, which knows our house very well, will deliver the golf cart to the house and provide instructions on use.

We can also provide recommendations on eating, in-house chef and massage, surfing, golf and island tours.
