Connect with your group in and enjoy the mountain air from the huge deck with three outdoor seating options. Observe the wildlife (deer, bear, hummingbirds, more) and the gorgeous sunset while taking in the fresh mountain breeze. Release stress or tired muscles from the large hot tub. Entertain your entire group in the refurbished kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of kitchen supplies and dinnerware for the group. Sleep like a baby in with soft linens, towels, pillows and feather down comforters.

We have provided everything you need to have a carefree vacation. The house comes equipped with Board games, pool table, high-speed WIFI, ample dinnerware/cookware/flatware, towels, linens and bedding. You bring the family or friends and we provide the place to connect and make memories!

Great Family Location

We had a family group of 11 that stayed on property, with ages from 9-69. The property felt large and accommodating even with so many! The house is well appointed and had everything we could think of needing. There are many things close by and options to ski at Ski Apache or Clouldcroft made this an excellent location! The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely recommend! - Couple of notes as you plan: There are indeed stairs to access the building. There is no straight walk in. This wasn’t unexpected though as the pictures are very clear! Also, the loft to the bunk room has a circle-wind staircase that is tight and narrow. There is a railing! But, it took a couple days for the kids to get used to it. I wouldn’t recommend kids under 5 climbing the staircase unsupervised. The house has some wear and you can see the owner has been working to keep things operational. We had a great stay!!

Great Family Weekend

We stayed with family and kids on a ski weekend. The house was great and we enjoyed the gathering spaces both inside and outside. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Family Vacation

Perfect for our group of 15, ranging from 9 months to 72! The house is big with lots of room and came with everything we needed and then some; Games for the adults, games & coloring books/colors for the kids and the pool table were perfect. We got to sit as a family for meals at the amazing large table and the fireplaces were awesome. An abundance of cookware, everything we needed was there for our use. The location is perfect and we were lucky enough to get a foot+ snow on our second day, they had sleds and snow toys in the garage that all the kids (big and small) loved playing on right outside our doors. Perfect little places to sled right there, build snowmen and have snowball fights. The owners were VERY responsive and so pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back!
