This beautiful and SPACIOUS 2 floors 2070 sq. ft. (192 m²) Beachfront condo with TOP OF THE LINE EVERYTHING was renovated to offer you and your loved ones a memorable vacation experience.

Pavilion 2 is a beach and oceanfront townhouse with direct access to Atlantic waters and beaches, a rock-stone throw-away. **We are NOT in the condo-hotel high-rise building**, which houses most smaller studios.

A boardwalk between the beach and our building is also available, leading to South Beach.

Located mid-beach at 5445 Collins Avenue, Pavilion 2, this Pavilion sleeps 6 guests in 3 sleeping zones over two floors. The second-floor sleeping accommodation offers a master bedroom (king-size bed) with complete privacy. The first-floor sleeping accommodation offers a guest bedroom (queen-sized bed) with total privacy and opaque low iron glass walls—one guest bathroom with a shower and toilet near the pantry. A powder room with a water vessel and a toilet with a TOTO electronic bidet is also available by the kitchen Pantry area near the guest bedroom.

TWO PRIVATE MARBLE BATHROOMS, one of which with precious Amazonia Quartzite, provides soothing Kohler SHOWER JETS in both showers and a 60" therapeutic hydro-massage Kohler whirlpool tub JACUZZI in the master suite. Both bathrooms have under-mount sinks made of Porcelain Vitreous China from Kohler's edition Mille Fleurs TM Caxton. Each one of them has WALLED CONAIR HAIR DRYERS.

Relax in the living room with Leather SOFA 'Jerrick Gray' by Natuzzi Editions. Upholstered in top-grain leather, this sofa seats a comfortable 8.

The kitchen has the most necessary utensils and is equipped with a GE monogram dishwasher, stove, microwave appliance, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and more…
Essential toiletries are also provided, along with linens and towels.
For your convenience, a WASHER AND DRYER are available on-site.

FLOORS from Italy were handmade with Spatula-applied Dega® Spatolato (resin floors and coatings).

The Castle Beach Club Condo Hotel, initially erected in 1966 and revamped in 1970 by Hugh Hefner as the Playboy Plaza Hotel stands as a notable structure on Miami's coastline. While it has successfully passed the forty-year certification and is on its way toward the fifty-year milestone, it's essential to recognize that this building is not the main attraction of this rental. Being an older structure among many on Miami's coast, it necessitates more frequent maintenance compared to newer buildings.
What sets this location apart is its ideal mid-beach placement, perfect for any vacation getaway. The nearby Boardwalk, adjacent to the building, and the Apartment promise a memorable experience for you and your loved ones.
Situated at 5445 Collins Avenue, it occupies a prime position mid-beach, conveniently located between the vibrant South Beach and the upscale Bal Harbour, just a 10-minute drive away. This location offers the perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility to Miami's renowned attractions.

** About nightly rates **
The HomeAway platform automatically calculates nightly rates and fees according to the number of staying guests indicated at the time of booking. Current prices are based on four persons; the maximum apartment occupancy is set to six guests. Should there be any discrepancies in headcount from booking data compared to the building registration form, an additional 50 dollars per person and night will be invoiced by the owner beyond the 4th guest? The hotel lobby security desk manages access to pavilions. All bookings must complete a Building Registration Form with all guests' names (eDocusign sent after booking).

Best Host of all time - Sets an exception standard for which all hosts should strive
Host Mickael was: 1. There to minimize the check in process and greatly shortened it. 2. Helped us with luggage as there are some stairs to navigate and then fully oriented us to the place. 3. Promptly assisted with questions during our stay. etc.,etc., etc. Cannot say enough good things about him! Nice guy too!! John and friends

Wonderful family get away
From the moment we arrived, our experience at this Miami apartment was nothing short of fantastic. The host's (Mickael) warm hospitality truly set the tone, with thoughtful touches like providing basic groceries and personally guiding us through the apartment's amenities. While the apartment itself exceeded our expectations, it's worth noting that being located within a hotel meant our experience with neighbors varied. The first night was perfectly pleasant, but subsequent evenings required a bit of coordination with security due to noisy neighbors. However, the host promptly addressed the situation, working closely with security to ensure our comfort. (Also note that our group consisted of baby, mom and dad, and grandma so our resistance to noise was likely higher than most) Although the pool was undergoing renovations (looks to be completed soon - as of 3/1/24) the nearby beach offered an uncrowded and clean alternative. Overall, our stay was marked by Mickael and his team’s attentive care and the apartment's comfort. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway.

After initiating the renovation, I quickly envisioned this suite's real potential and had it stripped beyond the bare walls.

Relentlessness, passion, and tenacity (not to mention numerous trips across the ocean blue) led to the fulfillment of my dream. Now, I am excited to be able to share my vision (without the challenges) with you.
