Private and peaceful Beach Cottage only 6 houses from Ocean and the Seaside Heights Beach and Boardwalk. Located on the most desirable blocks in Seaside Heights. Newly decorated and spacious. This house is one of two houses on the property. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and two 50 inch screen TV's.. Home has central air and ceiling fans, a fully stocked updated kitchen, granite countertops, Keurig coffee pot, blender, pots, pans glassware, toaster, microwave, Wi-Fi and cable. Other amenities include hair dryer, iron, ironing board, driveway parking for two cars, propane grill (propane included), shared backyard and outside shower. Price Includes beach passes. Bed Sheets and Towels are NOT provided, please bring your own OR OUR CLEANING SERVICE CAN SUPPLY THEM TO YOU AT A COST OF $75. This is a pet free home. Check in as at 3pm and Check out is at 12pm.
NO PROMS OR PARTIES ALLOWED. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER! THIS IS A PET FREE HOME... SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Seaside Heights Beach Paradise

This was my second year at this lovely beach house. Everything was just perfect. The house is very well maintained and provides all the comforts needed for 4 weeks of beach time. Steps from the beach and boardwalk and dining. Shopping is convenient, too. Even the weather could not have been better!

Lovely shore stay!

We traveled with 8 adults including my senior parents who have mobility issues. The house was perfect! Everything on one level inside the house made things easy for my dad to navigate. The bedrooms accommodated us all nicely and we were so grateful for two bathrooms! The property was very clean and nicely decorated with a beachy feel. We took full advantage of the included beach passes which saved us some money to spend on the boardwalk! Communication with both the host and the property manager was easy and both responded to our few requests very quickly. Just FYI—if you plan to do dishes bring your own dishwasher pods. Also bring salt, pepper and spices and pot holders if you plan to cook. The blender was a nice touch! We would most definitely stay again—but we’d avoid Prom Week!

Great property for my family!

I spent a week with my husband and 2 boys (Ages 3 1/2 & 5 1/2). Check in was super easy. The lock box is easily accessible and opened with a breeze. The air conditioning was on when we entered the house which was appreciated. The house itself was exactly as the pictures show. The rooms were the perfect size and the extra living room was great. We used it as our kids playroom. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. Do make sure to bring your own cooking sprays, spices etc as none of those are there. There is a keurig so make sure to bring your own pods. They had a new roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper and a few garbage bags so we made sure to leave a few of ours on our way out. We always bring our own when we travel, but there were a lot of blankets and extra pillows if you needed them. The washer/dryer was a nice addition since we had time to wash our sheets before we left on our last day (one less thing for me to do when I got home) There are 2 outdoor showers so there was no having to wait to use it. We didn’t use the grill, but we definitely on our next stay! Nice and close to the beach and boardwalk. Front neighbors were nice and quiet. We appreciate everything in this house and can’t wait to come back next year!
