Rose Cottage is the ocean-front beach house your family will want to return to every year. Walk just 100 feet to wade in the Atlantic Ocean, or admire the magnificent view from a porch swing on the wrap-around deck.

The deck wraps around a great room on the main floor that includes plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a dining table for six. An electric fireplace makes it cozy even for chilly seasons.

Three upstairs bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with queen beds, provide plenty of space for six people. All are spotlessly clean, and freshly-washed linens will be provided for each bed. The master bedroom has a connecting full bathroom, and there is a second full bath on the main level, but you may find your favorite place to clean up after a day on the sand is the outdoor shower.

We've got all the modern entertainments: 4 TVs, a video library, book library, free WIFI, and games for the kids, but it's really all about the beach! Step off the deck onto the beach path and find any water sport you want to enjoy just steps away. Catch dinner and take it to our fish cleaning station under the house to get it ready for the kitchen or the charcoal grill.

The HVAC will shut off if doors or windows are left open to keep the compressor from freezing up resulting in damage to the ac system.
