This light-filled end unit condo is cared for lovingly and impeccably. Perfectly located between the town of Jackson and Grand Teton National Park and 3 miles from Snake River access and "R Park" on the river, this 1 bedroom condo is best suited for two adults with three guests comfortably accommodated.The condo is an on the lower level in one of the newer condo buildings in the Aspens. The condo is always cool during summer days so air conditioning is not needed, although a large floor fan is available, and an air filter is in the living area. From the front deck are great views of the mountains. A queen-size sofa bed is in the living room. The condo has an upscale and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, quartz counters, African mahogany cabinets, and a natural tile floor. The bathroom has twin china sinks, w/d, and quartz counters. The full length tiled walk-in shower with a sitting bench is tiled from floor to ceiling with tempered glass. The bathroom is painted in a light shade of blue and has original art work and photography. The bedroom's queen-size mattress has a gel covering over a firm Posture-pedic mattress and hypoallergenic padded mattress pad for a softer feel. The bed has an organic duvet cover, down comforter, and cotton coverlets. The living room is decorated with beautiful artwork by Western artists and a combination of Western and contemporary furnishings. The Sony TV is HDMI (cable) with an accompanying Sony sound bar. The fireplace is especially welcome in the winter months whereas in the summer months we love being out on the deck during the long evenings after we have recreated in the valley or returned from dinner at one of the great local restaurants . A large dining table comfortably seats four, and there is a counter with red leather bar stools and hanging art deco lights. A coffee house , independent book store, several small restaurants, and a market + deli are a few minutes' walk from the condo. Teton Village is 5 miles away -- where there is a famous summer music festival, hiking, restaurants, and a chance to paraglide, mountain bike, or go up in a hot air balloon. If you bring or rent bikes, there is a storage area under the outside stairwell where you can lock your bikes. And when you least expect it when you look out the windows, you may see a moose munching on blueberry bushes or a fox! World class skiing is just 5 miles down the road in Teton Village and cross country skiers have an abundance of choices of places nearby to ski (or snowshoe).
