Las vacaciones en Puerto Rico

La propiedad está en buen lugar buena limpieza con todas las comodidades y en especial muy buena seguridad se la piscina y la playa estaban dentro del complejo lugar muy tranquilo la familia en general la pasamos súper bien se los recomiendo 100% fue la primera vez en Puerto Rico y con seguridad regresaremos muchas gracias todo

Location on the beach nestled in the Rainforest

The gated property is fantastic with its own gorgeous beach, multiple pools, restaurants, casino (must visit the other hotels on property - lots of night life), and outdoor bar/grill on beach at Margaritaville. The condo has amazing balcony, spacious, pool towels and beach fun items. However the microwave is rusted and black inside, kitchen items were dirty and light not working above dinning. No barbecue for outdoor grilling anywhere. Owners kind and met us at check in. They are aware of the list List of things that need to be improved or fixed. Be aware place is under construction so there are trucks blocking your way. They are fixing the building and roof. Great location, less traffic, close to east coast for food, islands, river hike and rainforest. Easy to get to airport, walmarts (best price grocery Walmart in Fajardo) - Can’t beat it!

Great One Week Vacation

I travelled with daughter and family for a week at Rio Mar. No elaborate plans just time to relax. Vanessa's communication was excellent from a phone call the night before departure to unsolicited warning about rip currents on the weekend. The apartment was well equipped, clean and spacious. The Resort was lovely and the hotel was fun. Restaurant food and drink were very good. We visited Old San Juan for dinner and a lively night at the Sheraton Conference Center casino. A special local find was a small local restaurant across Rt. 3 on the road to El Yunque called Mi Vida Cafe, but it closes at 6pm. Another rooftop restaurant near Mi Vida Cafe called Bungalu was opened till at least 9. Richies fish restaurant has some unique dishes nd a fantastic view of the bay. The local pool was great and the beach uncrowded. One caution is that if you go off exploring in a car it is easy to get lost since there are few signs and even Google maps are not that accurate.

Excellent!

We were absolutely blown away by the level of hospitality provided by Vanessa. She truly wants all of her guests to be taken care of and enjoy their vacation. I'm not sure any VRBO host, super or otherwise, will ever live up to her. I could go on and on! You name it, she helped us with it. Cannot say enough good things about our week in Puerto Rico. Wyndham Rio Mar is HUGE and this villa is far from the main resort entrance - like you'll pass over 19 speed bumps to get there! Extremely quiet, clean, relaxing. Had one pool all to ourselves that's close to the villa, then drove a short distance (it's not far, it's just super HILLY) to another pool where we accessed the beach. Did the 3 course dinner at Palio in the hotel, which was spectacular. It's so easy to fly in to San Juan, pick up the rental car, and drive here (20-25 min depending on traffic). You are close to an amazing grocery store, restaurants, the rainforest. We did a day trip to San Juan and toured Bacardi and Old San Juan. Absolutely amazing trip, we love you Vanessa!!!!
